Nathan from Harlech came to repair our oven fan. We are tenants so have no say over who undertakes any repairs and it can be hit and miss, but I am happy to recommend this company without hesitation! Whether dealing with boss David via WhatsApp or Nathan in person, both were polite, professional and friendly. Messages were responded to promptly by David, who was very courteous and apologetic when there was a delay. Nathan was obviously well experienced, and when the job didn't go to plan due to the age of the oven, there was no panic, just prompt communication with David and a quick solution found. Nathan kept me informed throughout, resolved the issue quickly and then made sure any rubbish was taken to his van and not left on site. Very refreshing approach. Would happily recommend!

After initially reading reviews on here I was a little concerned about how my installation might go but I have to say the team at Harlech have been absolutely brilliant and had my 10KW Solar installed without any delays and in a very short timeframe. No damages as all the contractors were careful and courteous and all my questions were dealt with quickly etc.
After talking with Barry (the owner) about the reviews he explained that they had employed the 3rd party services for scaffolding and roofers who had caused problems for previous installs and was working hard to regain trust in their teams efforts etc-from my perspective they're certainly doing that so I have no issue in recommending Harlech Electrical Services based on my own personal experiences in May 2025!
