During my military career, I have purchased high quality jewelry from Italy, Bahrain, and Hawaii and now from Harlembling! Their quality and craftsmanship is top notch and so is their customer service. I have received my pass purchases in an expedient manner, so the great experiences keeps me as a return customer.

First time buying from an online retail for jewlery and did alot of video reviews from you tube. Alot of names out there and didnt know who to trust and what was true as far as getting your money's worth in value. I tried 2 company's Jaxxson and Harlembling. I had considered a few others but Harlembling had some some great discounts at that time. Got both orders from each company and I can tell you that I won't ever buy anything from one and will be a lifetime customer of the other. I was skeptical from the gate and didnt know what to expect being that this was my first time buying from somewhere I couldn't actually hold the product in my hand before I buy. One company leads you to believe your buying silver and the other is actually is selling 925 real silver. I wanted to return on both because I wasn't satisfied with the length. Shipping from one was horrible and they are in the same state (California) and the other shipped from NY and actually beat the other to my doorstep. One company said no for exchange because the engraving (which they offer free is a scam because your stuck with what you buy afterwards no matter if you dont like it) and the other sent me the return label via email and even upgraded my chain size from a mishap in the return process. I have to say if your looking for the real deal HARLEMBLING is the way to go. Customer service via email didnt hassle me and even made sure that I was happy and they have earned a customer for life. I recommend Harlembling over the others from service experience, easy order process and fast delivery and the quality your getting everything they advertised! Harlembling is legit and I will buy again and again from them.

Outstanding quality, exceeded my expectations

I couldn’t be happier with my experience shopping with Harlem Bling. I purchased a moissanite automatic watch along with a solid 925 sterling silver diamond-cut rope chain, and both pieces completely exceeded my expectations.

The watch is absolutely stunning in person. The moissanite shines like crazy, the craftsmanship is clean, and the automatic movement feels smooth and solid on the wrist. It looks and feels way more expensive than what I paid. I’ve already gotten multiple compliments on it.

The rope chain is just as impressive — real solid 925 silver, not hollow or flimsy, with a beautiful diamond-cut finish that catches the light perfectly. It has great weight to it and feels very well made.

Pendant is really dope. I have another moissanite pendant I purchased from different site but this one from Harlembling just hits different. I don’t know if it’s higher quality moissanite or not, but it shines like crazy. Bought for my son for Christmas gift and it was literally so dope I bought one for myself. Would definitely purchase from this site again.

I ordered a 28 in Franco chain and I was amazed with the quality and the fast shipping. It came with a buff rag and all 💪🏿 I'll be returning for more chains and a few pieces 👀 🥶

Jewelry looks good, however I had a piece suppose to be 925 silver started peeling and flaking the third party warranty company sent a virtual card with the amount I paid for the piece but not able to use it because now the price went up on the piece and hb doesn’t do two separate payments so now I’m stuck purchasing something I don’t want for the amount they sent me….

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years, but over the past 1–2 years their customer service has completely gone downhill. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and when you finally do hear back, the information given is often misleading or flat-out untrue. Shipping times are extremely slow, with little to no communication. On one recent occasion I was told two weeks after ordering that an item was out of stock and asked to choose something else—only to see the exact same item reposted 1–2 days later as available. This feels dishonest and disrespectful to loyal customers. Unfortunately, this company no longer values the people who support them. I recommend spending your money elsewhere with a business that actually appreciates and communicates with its customers.

Been doing business with Eddie for 7+ years. Every item has met or exceeded my expectation. Silverman has always tested at or better than hallmark. Moissanite is not advertised as diamond anywhere on the site. Truthfully a better looking gem for my taste. Never had an instant of anything but appreciation for his honesty. I can understand competitors having an issue with his direct language, but outdoing others is usually why they criticize. Value proposition for his inventory is very strong.

I ordered a 12 mm sterling Cuban link necklace from Harlem Bling, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of this chain is exemplary. It’s heavy, the clasp mechanism is solid, secure, and discreet, and the craftsmanship is polished and professional. Communication and customer service was excellent, even though I ordered shortly before the holidays, and they were inundated with orders. Shipping was fast and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair, especially considering the cost of silver and the labor that goes in to making a piece like this. I haven’t stopped wearing my chain since I received it, and couldn’t be happier! There’s a lot of cheap, shoddy silver accessory sellers online, but this is not one of them.

I’ve been shopping with Harlembling for close to 9 years starting on eBay when no one saw Eddie’s vision of silver, or knew what Moissanite was….my recent Israel/Palestine pendant is affirmation that Harlembling hasn’t missed a beat, still quality, still seamless service, attributes of longevity in the jewelry industry. My household will continue to shop with Harlembling!

Harlembling has a great selection of both white and yellow gold chains as well as two tone chains with different lengths and thickness since i have both yellow gold but mostly white gold pendants...Also their Moissante blinged out diamond like chains are "off the charts" plain beautiful and so close to real diamonds at a fraction of the price..i also bought 3 new pendants in two tone gold w ice out stones that are second to none! Very happy customer ...thanks
