Love their products
This is the 2nd time I have ordered my products thru their website. Easy to order, they arrived quite quickly and packaged very well. The bottles seemed to be extra sealed to prevent any leakage. I would defiantly visit the salon if I lived in Brisbane.

Great range of products
I have been buying my haircare products from Harlequin hair for the past couple of years and I'm very happy with them. They carry a large range of products at reasonable prices and they post very quickly after purchase, so I have always received my parcel within a few days. Whilst I haven't visited the salon I'd happily recommend them for products.

Hi,
We do apologise that is how you feel. It’s a shame you gave us this ranking on a product we supply but don’t make. We also aren’t sure what you maybe talking about as we have no one that has ordered from us with your name and close to your name.
We do suggest you contact the actual brand about their product. Most of our products are hair care and styling. We sell some tools but they mostly have websites with instructions. If it’s a diffuser, that’s usually self explanatory. We can’t recall anything that would be complicated in what we sell or deserves a 1 star.
Hopefully everything that we had control over if we did supply to you was great as the source for the review is “organic” which usually means no link or request. So we do think you have the wrong place (hair salon products and tools usually aren’t complicated at all).

Hi, have you checked the Australia post tracking number? Once we post it’s out of our hands, it’s with Australia post.
And you have not emailed us to query your delivery, you seem to not also check the tracking number first either, but instead give us a 1 star that brings our rating down when it’s not our fault? That’s not very fair for businesses.
You ordered May 9th. You opted for post box delivery that’s sent on a Tuesday (which would have been may 14th), it’s only May 20th now, 6 days. Definitely not 2 weeks. Tracking says it’s in its way and at Macquarie park nsw Australia post centre. So it should arrive on time.
