I am not a UK citizen or resident, so my time in the UK to process my particulars for my onward travel to KSA was very limited.
Harley were very efficient and friendly in carrying out the services they were contracted to do...even finishing well ahead of schedule!!
The only negative was that I was not made aware beforehand that the visa processing fee was not already covered in the payments to Harley.
I think it could be helpful if future clients are made aware of this distinction and that they are given a general idea of what those fees may be.
Other than the Saudi visa processing fee, my experience with Harley Medical was wonderful!
I highly recommend their services.

I am utterly shocked by the poor investment my company made in hiring Harley Medic to handle the saudi embassy paperwork.

Their exorbitant fees far exceeded those of other agencies, and their quality of service was abysmal. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism by ignoring our inquiries and failing to provide updates.

Furthermore, they demonstrated a clear incompetence in following basic procedures.

Quick, efficient, excellent service. Well pleased with the service. Communication and customer care was outstanding.

For those not living in the UK more information would be useful, online application for ACRO was not straightforward without a UK address for example and therefore had to spend some time trying to reach acro office via phone to figure it out. Working out dates to be in UK for some time while medical and paperwork is done can also be daunting. I am grateful for the service and guidance provided
