Supposed to send results through within two weeks but they have missed the deadline and acting as if I am unreasonable to be displeased.

This has been an absolutely life changing experience. 48 years without knowing ADHD was causing me so many problems. In just 8 weeks Professor Shankar has changed my life I can’t believe the difference I can actually function for the first time. Dr Soobramoney was amazing. She was easy to talk to, took her time and was very aware and considerate of the presentation of ADHD in women as well as the experience of AuDHD. She was also considerate regarding the cost of support, offering avenues for support to answer quick questions outside of a consultation, for piece of mind.I feel I am in safe hands.

Dr Pukstys - ADHD knowledge is amazing. I do work with this doctor and will continue to do so now. He takes the time to know his patients and understands what medication is suitable to prescribe.

Dr. Eyin was very pleasant to speak to, he made me feel at ease and he really listened to what I had to say and came up with solutions which he explained very well and made sure I was comfortable with. I came away from the appointment feeling confident and happy with the outcome.

Dr Soobramoney’s good humoured forthrightness puts me at ease immediately. I sense I’m in capable hands and more than likely to be heard. And effectively. And that’s half the “cure,” as it were. I end our appointments feeling very positive about the next step. And that has proved effective in itself.

Very disappointed and let down; we sought help for our son re: and ADHD assessment, and subsequent diagnosis (via zoom), had a medication review, then later asked for another review to address the severe depression side of things that he had been suffering from for years, alongside a review of the ADHD medication that wasn't having much effect. I contacted Harley Psychiatrists twice to check that the psychiatrist, ( the same one that diagnosed him with ADHD) would know that the zoom review meeting would be largely about addressing our son's depression, but what we got was the psychiatrist re-assessing him for ADHD!!! I spoke to him towards the end of the allotted time to query why the depression hadn't been addressed, and the guy said he hadn't got the message that this would be the case! We paid over £300 for this 'privilege'! Moreover there were different receptionists each time I called, and some of them need training in how to have a friendly, empathetic manner!

Super fast. I got my ADHD diagnosis within a month or two and the first medication prescribed has worked for me very well. I believe it was three zoom appointments and some self-assessment forms (one with your parents) and you're done. I've put off seeking diagnosis for over a decade so getting to this point was a huge relief and for that I'm grateful. The downside to such a fast approach clinic is that the actual appointments feel quite unpersonable. I expected with such an expensive service (and honestly medical professionals in general) that I could ask my psychiatrist anything and everything there is to know about the drugs I'm taking – any studies made about long term effects, what the long term goal is with using them, my concerns about addiction etc. but they don't really tell you anything that's not written on the leaflet. Perhaps it's not part of their job and I can seek information myself but would prefer to hear from a professional who I'm paying to meet.. However the actual service of getting diagnosed and getting help is fantastic, and for someone truly struggling it is absolutely worth the money.

My daughter is incredibly anxious and suffers from situational mutism which can often cause huge problems when she needs to engage with people. However, the consultant she was seen by, Dr Modupe Imasogie, had such a warm, calm, patient and reassuring presence that my daughter did not struggle to communicate with her as she has often done with other healthcare professionals. The assessment itself was incredibly thorough but also carried out in such a manner that my daughter at no point felt stressed or uncomfortable, in fact she described it as a positive experience.

The admin team at Harley Psychiatrists are also incredibly efficient and supportive and helped greatly with making our entire interaction with Harley Psychiatrists was seamless and stress free.

Fast, reliable, very easy to use. Dr Andrew was amazing and very considerate!
