I am always a bit worried about ordering clothes online. From quality to sizing it can be a gamble. I got my sweaters today and they are great. Soft and warm I would order again from them.

My Harlora order took over a month to be delivered. When I opened the package, 2 of the 3 items were poor quality fabric. I was very careful in reviewing the fabric contents before purchasing. The sweatshirt wasn't cotton feeling at all...very polyester feeling. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me $10US and keep the items. I paid over $70 for the two items. I am waiting to hear back from their customer service. Very frustrating return Policy.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Ordered based on advertised product as "made and shipped from the USA" because I know sizing can be non-standard and I didn't want to deal with long shipping hassles. Nope - turns out this company is based in the UK. Strike one. Then the products arrived and despite ordering a minimum of 1 size larger, they were all skin tight and unusable. Strike two. Expecting to be able to facilitate a return, I contacted the company via their customer service email address. They proceeded to offer me an initial refund of one tenth the value ($10 for a $104 purchase). When I refused, they upped the offer to $34 which I again declined, clearly stating that I would be happy to return the product for a full refund. Just got a response that the refund offer has been upped to $42 (final offer). Where are they getting these numbers? Refund the full purchase price like a normal company. Was then told that returning the product would "be pricey" because it would be shipped back to Dubai. Ridiculous all the way around and a real waste of my time.

My ordered was delayed, but I think it was because of the shipping container backlog effecting so many right now. My order was not something I needed ASAP, so I didn't mind waiting. As far as the merchandise though, I was so-so satisfied with the items. The fabric quality was not what I expected. I was satisfied with the style and color, but not the fabric. I love the styles this company offers, but do not think I would order again. Thank you,

Great quality clothing. It did take a month to receive my items. I was not even sure if they were going to come since I never got an email upon the purchase.

The shipping took over a month to receive. Currently trying to return 2 items for poor quality and size and can't get information to return. Overall quality of items is not great. Will not purchase from them ever again. There is no phone number to contact anyone. Can only email and response is very slow. By not allowing returns they don't stand behind the quality of their products. It says on the website you can't return for size issues; which is ridiculous for an online store.

Happy with this order. Fit as expected arrival took a while but I expected that also. Good quality sweaters.

LOVE the sweatshirt. I order two different ones and both fit great. Great line design and flattering fit. Tons of compliments already. Will order again. For size reference I am 5'6, 145 lbs 34F. I ordered a medium

The quality of the clothes are top notch and look just as advertised! Sizes are perfect

It was an average experience ordering online from a random IG ad. I am glad it did not take months to receive my item. Pleasantly surprised by soft material, however garment is smaller than a typical size. These were sweaters and I wish I would have ordered sizes up for a lose fit. However I am generally happy with my order and suggested this store to my coworkers

I am so happy with these sweaters that I am about to order more!! Delivery did take a long time, but they were always responsive when I emailed or messaged on Facebook.

The worst customer service ever!! They do not stand by their products. The description of the product did not even come close to what I received. The turn around time to contact customer service was insane. They gave me such a hard time about returning and was haggling with me about the credit. First offered $15 and now they just offered $34. I spent $106. Awful!!! This company should be taken off instagram!!

The dress is beautiful. It’s a little big, but it took so long to deliver that I won’t return and will have it taken in.
