Absolutely insane, now I have to try and have my charge card company fight for my money back. THIS company is all over social media and is a fraud.

Do not buy from them. It’s a Chinese company masquerading as an American company. I tried to cancel my order within one hour of placing it and they claimed they couldn’t cancel it because it had already shipped.

Misleading photos and site
I ordered clothing from Harlow & Lane Charleston and had a very disappointing experience. The items I received looked nothing like the photos on the website. The materials were extremely cheap, the pieces had no labels or tags, and the overall quality was far below what was advertised. The site states shipping from UPS but that is not true.
The website claims the business is based in Charleston, but my package shipped from China, which was not disclosed during checkout. When I requested a return, I was told I would need to pay to ship the items back to China at my own expense—around $60—making a return essentially impractical.
Customer service repeatedly tried to offer partial credits and discounts toward more merchandise instead of an actual refund. Given the poor quality of what I received, I would not wear any of it and did not want more.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. The products and policies do not match what is advertised, and returns are costly and difficult.
