Answer to the company:
Will you accept my return if I send them? Or you will find excuses to send them back to me? Because if you read below you can understand my concerns after my interaction with your customer service.
It’s not my second order, second order with this email address. Your webpage was the first one I checked. Because I found your prices good and service fast. But never even visit your page.
There is no information written in your webpage saying “returned items must be received physically in 14 days bu harmoniq ”. It rather says in 14days we need to be informed. And if you are following the law, kunsumentverket.se ’s rule, in their webpage this is what it’s written “ The withdrawal period takes effect on the day after the consumer has received the item” meaning that I was still in the return period.
Your customer service wrote to me 3 things;
1-I am yet again sorry you should have send it before the day 14 regardless what our page said.
Because I said your page says;
Your return needs to contain the order number and your contact details so that we can handle the return correctly. We would like you to contact us before sending your goods back to us so that we can prepare your case.
Which I did!!!
So I shouldn’t trust your webpage. And when I read your referred webpage they says what I wrote above.
2- beside that we havent even talked about the products being used or not ? cause if so we cant even take them back and we use a special tool when we get the ghd back to see how many times they have been turned on and how many times the sensors have have been activated.if even one time they count as used and we cant sell them.
3- when I asked them to send me the policy for ghd products Your customer service reply was;

So I didn’t threaten your customer service, instead I followed their advice and find other paths along with konsumerverket to explain the injustice I faced.
Konsumerverket says;
If you do not give the consumer the correct information about the right of withdrawal, the consumer has up to one year from the end of the original withdrawal period to withdraw the purchase.
You must always provide information about the right of withdrawal
Under the law, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw her/his purchase, and it is your duty to inform her/him of this. The withdrawal period takes effect on the day after the consumer has received the item. If the purchase is a service, the withdrawal period begins the day after the contract has been concluded. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls during a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the withdrawal period is extended so that it also applies to the next weekday.
So please can you explain to me where exactly I did the mistake? I followed the information I received in both sides. Can you please send me information/link saying “the harmoniq must receive the returns in 14days” and the link explaining your special regulation about ghd products?

They have really reasonable price and I always used to buy things from them. Every month I buy my creams and shampoos. I never tried to return anything so far.
However, recently I had a conversation with a customer service because I wanted to return a product, an electronic product. They basically tried to make a fool of me!!! I couldn’t believe it. They have very short and not clear return policy explanations in their page, then they refer you to “konsumerverket”’s page, saying “you are suppose to follow this page, regardless of what it is written in our web page”. Once they started realize I am actually right, they started to talk about the product’s special return policy. Although no information was there in the webpage regarding this “special rule”. They basically try to steal from you by forcing you to purchase something that is not suitable for you. Their return policy is absolutely not clear. I will never ever buy anything from them again, and I definitely don’t recommend this page to anyone.
DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

I bought three bottles of vitamins, they arrived already opened and half empty. The customer service didn't answer at first. Then, after reviewing on Truspilot, I have been contacted very quickly and refunded immediately. Impressive, thanks. Review edited.

Terrible customer service. Very poor attitude and response time to customer. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid!
First and last order @ Harmoniq
I ordered a product more than a month ago. The product was displayed as on stock, however I did not receive a delivery, so after 2 weeks I contacted customer service and received the information that the product was out of stock, but received from the supplier by the end of that week. Needless to say. I did not receive my order for another 2 weeks. So I contacted customer service again and received the information that my product will be on stock shortly by Thursday that week. Only to receive an email next day that the product is out of stock and cannot be delivered at all. One month of waiting for a product that I will not receive at all! Communication and tone of customer service not acceptable. No automatic updates. Never again.

Harmoniq.se has often the best prices on Exuviance products which I love. It might take more than a week to get the products but it always arrived in good shape. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply! I could not find how to reply your response.
The problem in my case was that I could not pick it up because it arrived SOO late, about two/three weeks later than expected and I was not in town at that time. The delay was NOT my fault but I was charged 250 SEK. My order was a gift for Christmas and I missed this chance to give it as a gift. I informed you but your colleague said that I should have informed you before the order was dispatched. This does not make any sense! How would the customer know that the order is dispatched or not?! This means that the customer should PREDICT any delay in future which is not possible!!
And, yes, I sent an email early February and I did not receive any reply until I reminded you in March again, about one month later.
I've been using online shopping for many years. Sorry to say, but this case was the worst experience that I've had so far.

It seems that I cannot reply to the main thread. I add my response here: your claims are all INCORRECT and I have enough evidence to disprove them. I don't think here is the right place to discuss this matter. This case has been followed via the proper channels.

Disappointing first-time buy here.
I found a product that I liked and surfed the Internet for a better price. Then, I came across harmoniq.se, which seemed like a good deal. But the item was out of stock and it's been nearly a week since I placed the order. Every time I called, there would be a nice-sounding voice on the phone but no real, concrete answer to my query. They blamed DHL for delayed delivery, even saying that they do not control DHL. But I did not place the order with them. I placed it with you at harmoniq.se; and it should be you who must deal with them to keep costumers satisfied. They say first impressions are very important, and in my case it would also be the last.
