I did an NLP practitioner training and was so impressed with the quality and depth of the teaching. It covered more than I would have expected, teaching the key concepts and approaches in a really human, embodied, rigorous way. Rather than 'death by Powerpoint' we got to put the things we'd learned into practice straight away, which meant coming out of the training with confidence rather than that feeling of knowing the theory but being unsure how to go forwards as a practitioner. I found Elle as a trainer to have high integrity, a depth of experience, and to be able to skilfully teach across varied learning styles and levels of experience.

Elle is professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind and empathic.

I always feel incredibly comfortable and confident being with her, either in a Qi Gong class or in 121 coaching.

I have complex needs and I have always felt seen and supported without feeling any kind of awkwardness or humiliation - which is rare!

I cannot recommend Elle and Harminy Within enough!

Elle, Wow what a wonderful find she was. So passionate about her work and wanting to help people. During her sessions she creates a very safe, reassuring, calming environment. I felt a deep connection with her. Our one to one sessions were very intuitively lead, I did no prep but Elle guided me and had the ability to pick up on areas where i was stuck or needed some new tools to help me. There were areas of my life I wanted to change but didn’t know how to. We also went back in my life and looked at relationships and situations that were holding me back. I am now moving forward, making changes and feel im on the right path to be who I want to be. Loving life to the max tbh

I have joined Elle on several courses, she has a brilliant way of taking you through the topic which you think you knew nothing about but you are soon totally absorbed and this includes 1-1 sessions with Elle which for me was looking at why I haven't been able to move forward from my problems but with her guidance and understanding I now have the tools and skills to boast my mental health and improve my self-esteem. Elle is a good listener and helped me see things in a totally different way. I am really moving forward with my life because now I know I can.

Elle has an almost magical ability to gently find the what is stopping me and help me find creative and exciting ways to shift these. So recommend coaching sessions with her, she is the best

Working with Elle has helped me understand why the disruptive negative thoughts become prominent in my mind and how to focus on my present reality. She has given me options I didn't know I had.
I am now looking forward to a life I can enjoy without being weighed down by other people's opinions.

Working with Elle has been such a powerful thing I’ve done for myself. She has such a sharp, intuitive mind, able to see patterns and possibilities I couldn’t. She's helped me reconnect with myself and gently guided me towards clarity and momentum. I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded, and more me.

The one to one session that Elle provided was extremely helpful, in understanding myself and how to deal with situations, and experiences in a positive and constructive way. Talking to someone completely neutral helps so much .

Elle has definitely helped me with all the information she has shared and taught on many of the courses I have attended.

I’ve been fortunate to take part in many of Elle’s group sessions, and I’ve genuinely loved every single one. Elle brings such clarity, compassion and wisdom to everything she does. I’ve also had a few one-to-one sessions with her, which have been truly inspirational. She has a remarkable ability to help you reframe your thoughts and gently guide you back onto the path that feels right for you. Her support has been a real turning point in my personal journey.

Elle is able to listen and draw out points during conversation. I wasn't sure what my blockages were, but she helped me navigate my way through areas in my life through several 1:1 sessions and they were all so productive. I now feel calmer and grounded, and able to deal with various issues that have been blocking progress in my life.

I have found Elle’s 1:1 coaching incredibly beneficial to me. She has a gift of making me feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Her style of coaching helps me connect with my self and what I want on a spiritual as well as practical level. My mental wellbeing and self esteem have improved whilst I have been working with Elle and this has given me more hope for the future. I have also learned ways to relax more. The group sessions I have taken part in have been deeply healing in that they helped me feel more connected to others and gave me more understanding and context for my own experience and that of others.

Harmony Within is a great space in a good location. I have hired out the therapy room to work with my counselling clients a number of times and Elle has always been really open and easy to communicate with. The space is clean and comfortable and feels good to work in.
I’m looking forward to doing the nlp practitioners course with Elle in September, as well as the Gut microbiome course in June 🙂
