I love most videos but there are times that they explain it too fast and it doesn't match what the instructor is doing in the video. It does cut out from time to time but not sure if it's my intern... See more

Hello I subscribed to the £11.99 plan !! then it has a misleading button that directs you straight to a meal plan that atromatically charges you 49.99! I emailed them right away to explain what had happened but they keep on emailing templated emails without answering my request for a refund! It’s Been 24 hours now sending emails and I have not been refunded still.very disappointed they can keep the money but anyone please be careful as you maybe over charged just like me

I like the variety of exercises offered by Harna. It helps to make the daily exercises less boring. For days that I missed the exercises, I will go back and make sure I complete them. With these daily exercises, I have less leg pain issues and able to walk up and down the stairs again. Thank you Harna!

We began our collaboration on the wrong foot! Initially, it was related to the cost of the app, but the support center was extremely helpful and responsive. I've been using the app since February, and I can already see an improvement in my mobility. The consistency and easy exercises provided by the app have been a goldmine for my health!

I've lost a lot of weight, but above all, I've lost bloating. I've been using Harna 6 days a week for 7 months.

I signed up online for a limited number of online classes, agreeing to pay $18.99. They have a default setting that signs EVERYONE up for a subscription without notifying you. Three months later I was charged $89.99. When I inquired about it, I was refused a refund. I tried calling the phone number on their website, and it's not even a legit phone number. They have very disappointing customer service.

Gentle exercise for someone who has not exercised in a while due to health issues.

Overall not good. Stay away! While I was credited for an unauthorized charge after cancellation of subscription - Harnafit denied accountability. First email said they would only make charges the user confirms. And I was told I cancelled only one of the subscriptions.note- I don’t recall even subscribing for this- I wouldn’t subscribe for a meal plan. They said I did not cancel the meal plan but they refund me. After responding to that email I checked my HARNA fit emails and I found an email advising the cancellation of meal plan which occurred well after my cancelling it. This contradicts what HARNA had said - that i didn’t cancel. They then replied to that email evidencing cancellation that payments happen automatically. So- first email - said I didn’t cancel. Second email said that subscription payments part of automatic process. Customer service lied and told me I never cancelled.
The app isn’t worth all this trouble.

Clear instructions. I can go at my own pace. 10 minutes is easy to fit into my day.
Thank you

The button to cancel your subscription is very well hidden in the app. I sent an email to cancel my subscription in time, but still got charged for 6 months. Contacting support and Paypal didn't help: even though I was in time to exercise my right to withdrawl, they kept asking extra questions to extend the term. Clearly a strategy to charge people who want to quit.
Update after Harna's reply: I contacted "support at harnafit.com" several times - I forwarded my initial email several times - even after reviewing the timestamp of cancellation I did not get a refund
