Fantastic service - will use again

This was a fantastic service and I will definitely use it again. I normally pay upfront when I am trying a few options for special events and so it can be quite an outlay. The try before you buy with Nobodies Child worked seamlessly without any issues. Highly recommend it and it will definitely influence my decision to return for further purchases.

Such a good system

Such a good system. Easy to order via the retailer The Fold. Good amount of time to try on items. Straightforward return process. Will definitely use again.

I have also been charged for an item…

I have also been charged for an item that I returned (via Royal Mail) within the 5 day window. In fact I returned it on day 3 - so very surprised to see the charge a week later appear on my bank statement - and it put me in the red, so now paying for an overdraft.

Hi Marc, Thank you for your review. We apologise for this situation, you did correctly return the items, in this case our brand partners warehouse did not confirm the pieces into their stock within the required timeframe, this triggered a reconciliation payment.
A credit adjustment was made straight away once confirmation was given that the pieces had been confirmed back, again please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Amazing service for online shopping

Amazing service as I was able to try on multiple evening dresses that had a high price point per dress. Only complaint was the box the dresses came in was slightly too large to return via Royal Mail and when i called to speak to the clothes company to get the return label they could have been more helpful as I almost missed the return window. However dresses were picked up, received confirmation and no additional charges were applied. Would absolutely use this service again!

Fantastic first time experience with Rochelle

Fantastic first time experience. Rochelle arrived right on time. Was very knowledge on the items, and went above and beyond when I quickly wanted to exchange a dress after she had already left. Just fantastic service and would do it again!

Another incredible visit from Danielle

Another incredible visit from Danielle.
She is so good at putting pieces together to create a wearable wardrobe for me.
She knows and understands my style and what will suit me which isn’t easy as I am very curvy and not very tall .
Really enjoy the whole experience of buying a new wardrobe with Danielle. She is such a pleasure to be around.
I know that Harpers does not necessarily send you the stylist that knows you know anymore - I was just lucky that Danielle was able to come to me today . I feel that it is a big mistake of Harpers not to send the stylist who knows a client and can give them the help and advice they need.

ME+EM by Harper

Another brilliant visit by Rochelle today! Was so kind and helpful. Understanding of what my needs are following changes in size. Rochelle also gave excellent advice around caring for my new boots and how to remove easily. I can’t recommend Harper enough when buying from ME+EM especially when not sure what size is better. Is much more comfortable to do this in own home and be able to try with existing items. Thanks again Anna x
