Got offered a new job but can't start because I can't log in to this system!!! After weeks of complaining to Helpdesk and getting nowhere I'm now having to look for another job!!! SERIOUSLY ANNOYED!

Is the worst platform to choose candidates for work. I have been refused many times by harri I did send a cv directly to the management and I was offered two jobs with higher positions.
When I contacted customer service from harri and complained about the refusal I received mail back that they are very happy that the harri platform is very useful.
Im speechless!!!!

Appalling website
The website allows you to sign up using LinkedIn but doesn't pre-fill in your work history etc.
It also doesn't allow you to upload your CV to your own profile for employers to see.
Called customer service based in India who are clueless and ask you to read their FAQs.

Keeping data illegally
This site received my information via Indeed without my consent. I had an email from Harri from a no-reply address saying they would keep my information with my permission, they do not have my permission but it is a no-reply address. This is surely illegal. I would have to create an account with them to tell them to delete my data if it could even be found that way. The only way to contact them is chat bots, they ask for your email upfront, just data harvesting and keeping data illegally. I found I had actually got an account which was from 3 years ago, information being sent to employers was out of date. Useless. It's an American site based in New York.
