Poor Butchery skills and awkward sized pieces
The product I received however was disappointingly butchered.
All of the meat was awkwardly cut and the size/weight differences were significant.
The 500gr Ribeye was cut into 3 triangle type shapes (thick on one side thin on the other)
Schnitzel lowest weight 150 and highest 250gr and some were cut into multiple pieces.
The Longhaas delivered in ~150gr and the largest 460gr! Longhaas requires you to take out the center sinew which on a 150gr longhaas leaves it difficult to use.
Update: had contact with Harries and due to COVID they used some inexperienced butchers. They promised in future to mark items as sold-out rather than use unqualified people. Harries solved my complaint to my satisfaction.
