The very professional staff went way beyond expectations to help us.
We were seeking a film for a 90 year old Agfa camera that our ten-year-old antique fanatic grandson had recently been given.
All members of staff could not have been more polite, friendly and determined to help. In particular, Euan took almost an hour to ensure the camera worked and gave a on-the-spot tutorial on how to load film and use the camera. They worked around other customers, treating them with equal respect.
Every aspect of their service went above and beyond our expectations.

Used this company on and off for many years, still gives excellent service.

Ordered some used binoculars which were dispatched and delivered promptly. They were received in excellent condition. having been well packaged. After trying them out, I decided not to keep them. Harrison Cameras had no quibble with the return and issued a full refund as soon as they had been received back at their warehouse. Great service all round. Only sorry I couldn't give them the business. Would recommend their online service.

I recently requested a quote for a cash sale of a lens and Harrison Camera's offered the best price out of a number of companies contacted. They confirmed receipt of the item and then very quickly after confirmed the item had been inspected and they were happy with the grade that I had chosen. Payment is now being processed. Overall a very streamlined service offered and no haggling with the quote given following inspection unlike other companies that I've used previously where they have downgraded the grade to well below what I felt. I will definitely be using Harrison Camera's in the future

My wife Alison V Morton and I made trip Harrison Cameras because Alison has learning difficulties and also in 2016 she had three cardiac arrest and was intensive care for three half weeks. Her doctor to do a lot walking so a give Alison a compact camera and we joined a camera club. Alison said I need better camera
So we made trip. Alison told one of Harrison Cameras that she had leaning difficulties and just come out of hospital. The member staff was so helpful he told that a Canon EOS 350D and the accessories we can help you with getting the right ones. Alison his so helpful to Harrison Cameras and on the 21st of September until 9th October 2026 our club having a exhibition at Crystal Peaks so can see some of Alison's photos how well she is doing with her photography. And thank you For all Harrison Cameras for helping Alison with knowledge keep Alison track. THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Just bought a new Sigma 56mm f1.4 lens from this shop. Cost less than the price of used ones elsewhere. Ordered online, dispatched the same day, arrived the next day via DPD. Properly packed. Came with a three year extended warranty. And best of all….it’s such a wonderful lens! Hadn’t heard of this store before but will definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommend Harrison Cameras!

Everything progressed quickly and smoothly. The lens was is good nick and has functioned as expected.

Started with 5 stars - Pentax Jupiter 12x50 binoculars in stock at a good price with free (unspecified) postage. Sadly the postage turned-out to be Evri, who I avoid like the plague (in my area they leave packages outside my locked drive gates at 6 o'clock in the morning). One Star Off! I emailed Harrison Cameras immediate on receipt of their notification Evri had been asked to deliver ... a few hours after my order was made. Harrison Cameras ignored my email. Another Star Off! Fortunately, it was not pouring with rain the day Evri left my new binoculars outside my gates at 6 o'clock in the morning, for me to find at noon (there was no email update). The binoculars are excellent, but that's down to Pentax, so no stars redeemed.

Even though I arrived a few minutes before closing, I was treated with courtesy and my order was dealt with in a professional manner.

My dad was an amateur photographer, he took movies too. My brother found an old cinema film he must have taken and spliced together. I looked on the internet to find a company who could convert it onto USB. Harrison’s cameras came up. I ordered and paid online and sent my film off. I didn’t hold out too much hope as the film was over 65 years old. I received it back today with the USB and a CD. What a jewel it is, my cousins, myself and family who have passed away. I got quite emotional watching myself as a baby, moving too. I’m amazed at the quality and I’m so thankful of this company who I entrusted my priceless film to.

Good value for money if you take everything into consideration - item price, quality, delivery time etc.
Not always cheapest but have never had a problem with anything i purchased & DPD delivery has always been timely.

I was left disappointed by my overall experience with this store. For a retailer dealing with cameras. I expected a more professional and reassuring purchase experience. In my view, the service did not match the standard I was hoping for, and I would be reluctant to use this store again. Based on my own experience, I would look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was disappointing. In my opinion, the level of customer support and attention to detail was not what I would expect from a specialist retailer of cameras and security equipment. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this store.
