I had been looking for quite a while for an Olympus 7-14mm f2.8 pro used. They vary in price but settled for the one from Harrison Cameras priced at £600 in excellent condition. Ordered Monday delivered Tuesday super fast delivery. When I opened the packaging I thought they had sent me a brand new lens. It was in amazing condition I could not be happier. Purchased a used grip accessory for my Olympus OMD E-M5 Mark 11. The item description was absolutely spot on and offered at a very reasonable price. The grip arrived in a couple of days and works as it should. Very pleased with this purchase and the service from Harrison Cameras. Let down by Evri!
Purchased a lens on 17th of April and as of the 26th April the Evri tracking still just states its at a sorting office.
I spoke to Harrisons who said give it a few days, however this is no use as I go on holiday today and neither Harrisons or Evri know where the parcel is. I would avoid choosing Evri as a delivery option, this is not the first time I have had an issue with them.

found the particular binoculars I wanted online, very happy with service: lowest price online (apart from grey market sites not paying VAT). Binoculars arrived early (morning after order I think). Free shipping. Only niggle was I didn't get the discount for signing up for news letter.

Easy to use website good prices

Harrison Cameras was the only dealer I could find that was selling a Leki Monopod that I had been looking for. Ordering was easy and the monopod was delivered speedily and undamaged. Simple 5*!

Plenty of gear, and great staff. Today I want to thank Natalie for solving my problem with menus not showing on my Canon R6. It's not the first time Harrison's have come through for me, helping me out without even charging. Wonderful - but rare - to meet folk who love what they do, and know what they're doing!

Bought a Nikon D850 on special order. Caroline and Sion were super helpful, highly efficient and easy to deal with. Delivery was a lot quicker than expected and arrived un-announced on the Sunday after Christmas. Can't really beat that. I have purchased from Harrisons since the early days when Mr. Ron Harrison had a small shop over the road and I have never had cause to complain. I would have happily given 5 stars but eight weeks after I purchased said camera, still on special order it was reduced in price by £670.00. A huge reduction so I could not help but feel cheated by this, especially as a telephoto lens I had an eye on actually increased in price by around two hundred quid. Food for thought!
