incapable of getting an order right
if this is harrogate house in Sittinbourne Kent I ordered a watch for a Christmas present on 24/11/2015. After many,phone calls it was established they had lost the order. After letters and emails to their customer service, with the next order order " stuck in their system " I eventually got the watch on 12/1/2016. It did not work. More phone calls, repacement watch arrived, end of January did not work. Further letter and more emails, not one reply to email or letter. Only one helpful person in the organisation Melanie. Even she could not help. Order cancelled. Got money back but nothing for so many 10 p/minute calles waiting for someone from their call centre to become available. Should have no star.
