The spray and some good sleep hygiene has meant I sleep deeply now and I feel much better albeit still tired but I can function now! Will be a repeat orderer. I’ve even ordered for a friend who is struggling with sleeping

I’m pretty sure the spray is helping with sleep and pain. My husband has now started using it to reduce cramp…gonna need another bottle a bit quicker now!

Bought the Magnesium spray to try and help me with shoulder pains and not sleeping. All I can say is WOW! How I wish I’d found it sooner. I now use it every night and am sleeping through most night with hardly any discomfort from my shoulders.

Visited your Harrogate Store and was greeted by a lovely lady. Who was very friendly and helpful. I purchased 2 bottles of the magnesium spray. As I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis. I have only used for a couple of days. So hopefully the spray will continue to help me with my pain and sleep.

I love Magnesium spray. My sleep has improved and it helps restless legs. I have fibromyalgia and it's difficult to get into a deep sleep but Magnesium spray definitely helps. A great product. Thank you.

The magnesium oil spray is wonderful and a lot cheaper than the powdered drink version I was taking from another company. It has definitely helped me with my sleep and aching knees. I will continue to use this product from now on.

I ordered 2 x magnesium sprays. Product itself is lovely but unfortunately the pump dispenser on the first one I picked up does not work. Luckily the other one does so I can use that for both. I would’ve been a bit stuck though if I’d only ordered one and the pump didn’t work on that.

I use the magnesium spray. I suffer from restless legs and arms and honestly this product has helped immensely with calming my limbs down at night. I don't know how it does it but after spraying my legs and arms just seem to calm down and we'll...disappear. it's not numbing exactly just helps my mind forget about them. It's wonderful! My husband has noticed a huge change in my restlessness and is grateful! I've recommended this to many friends and family and they have also been very pleased with it. I don't go anywhere without it. 100% recommend. And look out for deals!

Never slept so good absolute game changer

I’d seen the adverts over instagram. Wasn’t really wanting it for anxiety or sleep .. but menopausal symptoms. Which night sweats and resulting sleep had been mentioned in previous adds. I’d tried a leading brand for sleep. But didn’t make a difference. But I have really noticed improvement with night sweats. And really notice if I forget to use it
So I’ve got a 100ml one for travel now too as don’t want to be without it. And recommended to loads of my menopausal friends. :)

I love my magnesium spray.
It is used nightly just before bed,back of knees and inner elbow.
It took about a week to work.
Now I have a good nights sleep.

This Magnesium Spray is amazing ! Superb ! I use it for restless legs at bedtime and also for painful calfs. I wouldn’t be without it. I’ve recommended it to others too, and I rarely do that !

Service was excellent and my product arrived sooner than estimated. However, I'm afraid I'm not seeing the instant results in the quality of my sleep from the Magnesium Oil Spray that others report, though my restless legs seem somewhat less restless. I will persevere for longer to see if things improve as recent hot weather may also be affecting my sleep. My parcel was scented with a lovely "Sleep" oil which I may try too...

I purchased the magnesium spray and found relief straight away and fell asleep quickly which is not normal for me.!
I would definitely recommend for anyone with leg/ankle pains or just a good sleep.
Oh and the packaging was delightfully scented when opened.

I am not having the same experience as everyone else using the Magnesium spray. My sleep has not improved. I will give it another week just in case I needed longer than the rest of the community using it.
