Harrow Haze 

Bought 2 items at a cost of almost £60. Late arriving and very very poor quality. Arranged return at a cost of over £16, having originally being offered £6! Items still at destination waiting to be picked up. Despite numerous emails, no response, in fact tge original email address I was corresponding with no longer exists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY NEED SHUTTING DOWN

Not even worth one star but couldn't input less.
Do not use this Co. Ordered 2 pairs jeans to compare size. Both were too big so I emailed their support, per their website instructions. Received initial reply from Martha then no reply to my 3 follow up emails. My last today has bounced back 'unknown address'.

This company is a scam - ordered a pair of small jeans - they sent me 2xXL - then said I had to
Pay to return them and they wouldn’t send out the correct order until I did - why should I pay to return an item that they wrongly sent out!!! Now emails are bouncing back - do not purchase anything from this ‘company’

I've requested a replacement for Alexandra outfit because size S is to big for me (normally I'm size 12). They've told me not to retuned it, because the cost of returning it's too high, just to re-order a smaller size, which I did re-order it, size XS, 2 MONTHS AGO. Since then, I keep email them to ask about the replacement, no answer, just the automatic reply, that they will contact me in the next 24 to 48 hours. Last week I've requested a full refund, still no answer from them, just the automatic reply. Very disappointed about this website, how they treat us, as invisible persons. Please be careful when order from them.

Garment ordered as men’s XL, wouldn’t fit my wife who’s a size 10!

Initial enquiry answered straight away and promised a new garment would be issued free of charge and I get to keep original.

Since then - 4 weeks - nothing and no answer to emails except standard reply.

Just don’t bother with them. If anyone wants a gilet (it’s ok quality, but a fake) for a 10-12 year old child, let me know

I bought trainers, they cost £35 but quality not worth £5. Returned shoes at least ago and inspite of sending several emails requesting a refund all I get is the same generic response. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

Please do not use this company, they state that they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, but this is an absolute joke. My wife has been trying to obtain a refund for ages, originally offering a £3 refund on a £30 dress! Subsequently they agreed to increase it to £9 but nothing ever received and no further answers to emails. Suggest you also check out other reviews about this company which will tell a similar story.

I ordered a dress on 30/3 and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I keep getting emails to say it’s on its way (not sure where from as it’s taken so long!) but still received nothing. When I try to track my order it says it doesn’t exist. After reading the reviews I’m not hopeful it will even be nice, if I ever get it. I’ve learnt my lesson and will never order from them again. So disappointed.

Sent £40 in good faith two months later and absolutely nothing no contact and no jeans just another scam and getting away with it .No stars please .

Ordered in good faith waited ages for dress to arrive and sent several emails chasing it. Arrived and dress nothing like advertised. Emailed to ask for return details and I was offered £3.50 refund the dress was £35 another email and offered £7.00 refund. When I finally received return details the address was in China and the postage was over £20.
Do not have anything to do with this company the products are cheap and ugly and you won’t get your money back.

Offered £4 refund on £40.00 pair of boots. Wish I had seen these reviews :-( As soon as they turned up (after 4 weeks) I instantly knew they were from a cheap company, bad material and stank of glue. I may see how much the return is. Kind of want something back now out of principle. I've not bothered clicking the box to let Harrow Haze know my review as I'm sure they don't give a s**t!

Ordered the Hillary dress, checked the size chart and ordered medium. Sizing is way out and too small.
Material is like those fold up shopping bags that one can put in their bag. I'm not even going to try to return after reading the reviews. Oh and no label stating the make - cheap and nasty clothing - don't buy.

The jeans took ages to arrive. No replies to my emails. The quality is average and the finish isn't good. Pockets show the lining fabric because the denim part isn't big enough to fit inside.
I definitely wouldn't buy again.

Wish I had read the reviews, absolute terrible company. Would only offer 10% refund and warned might not even get that if item wasn't returned in time. Do not use them. The items I ordered were much too big and terrible quality

Absolute sham!! Chinese company purporting to be based in London.

This is a sham Chinese company posing as uk based. Order took weeks to arrive (obviously from China) I needed to return as didn’t fit so followed their promise of no quibble return policy only to be fobbed off with excuses and trying to make the process difficult. So far, over a week on, have received no return label or communication. They DO NOT give refunds even though stating otherwise. One to definitely AVOID!!!

Jeans were nothing like the picture, Harrow & Haze are horrific to get hold of, eventually offered me 10% refund or I have to pay international return costs to China - with conditions!! Wish I had read reviews before buying. Very annoyed!

I’m afraid it’s the same old comment from me. Jacket was nothing like the one online. No contact and absolutely zero support.

Clearly not a UK company. Clearly a Chinese’s business. 0/10.
