I read up a great deal on this site before me and my partner went ahead and ordered. So I was pretty much impressed with the larger sizes so that is why this site was my choice.

After waiting almost 3 weeks, my ring arrived. However upon opening it, we realised that the engraving that was paid extra for was not done and was not engraved on the ring at all.
I contacted them in the meantime. So the ring I wore for the first night, I popped it on clean fresh skin that I had no tan, no moisturiser etc on. Reason being I know over time silver can tarnish so I look after all my silver jewellery. I wore this ring for a maximum of 3/4 hours before taking it off and putting in the box provided. (Reason being was to sleep) next day I placed the ring back on. Bare in mind, again no exposure to chemicals etc. however within only hours of wearing for a second time, my finger was green. Like I say I understand silver can tarnish etc but I would never imagine in that time?!
Again I contacted Harry fay. 3 days later I received a reply which explained they will get another ring sent out this time engraved. I was then patronised with a descriptive email of how silver tarnishes etc and basically implying I had exposed it to something but as s goodwill gesture, because of lack of engraving, they would refund even though they don’t usually?!
Seriously, you would think they were doing me a favour??
I currently now have been told to return my tarnished brand new ring to them for them to resend another.
All this bother and hassle is on them for THEIR mistake but clearly customers are nothing to them. I wouldn’t purchase again nor recommend

Their stones are 'only' set in sterling 925 silver rather than the more expensive precious metals like gold or platinum, but my partner really loves the two rings I have purchased her, and now wears one of them daily.

The pricing makes the jewelery great value. Nice to have something that still looks of good quality, but at a price so not to need to really worry of it ever getting lost or damaged/worn as with more expensive pieces.

I would certainly consider buying again, although a fair percentage of the pieces are quite bold and aren't to my taste... They could look to offer more options for subtler, more-elegant necklaces and earrings to match the larger selection of rings. I know at least two people who are a sucker for purple and might appreciate amethyst being added to the choices.

I ordered a beautiful ring for my mother, which arrived much earlier than I anticipated. The ring was not eligible for fast Christmas delivery, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive the ring 10 days later and just in time for Christmas. I was regularly updated on my order and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered 2 rings and guessed my size. They arrived and were beautiful but too big. It was so easy to exchange them for smaller sizes. The replacement arrived quickly and I am so happy with the product. Such great value for money

Ordered a ring which never arrived. They gave me tracking number which showed something was delivered but I haven’t received anything. Not helpful, bad communication, do not recommend

My wife loved the ring. The product itself is nicely made and came in a smart box. My wife is happy, so I'm happy.
