The company can’t improve its the usual numbers ,,.ok a few years ago Harry’s was bang on ,,great ( fast service) everything right ,,,so let’s start ,,a couple months ago I ordered shave gel it arrived and didn’t work wasn’t pressurised ( no problem) then I order shave gel x2 and razors which I never needed but ordered because of the free postage taking over the threshold of free postage ,,,the order arrived only one shave gel ,the website for existing users is crap ,,to activate your old account on the new site you send your email then receive a link ,,thirsty you don’t receive anything off them ,,,it’s impossible to access your account,,,some brain dead person has decided to change the website,,,so the product has gone tits up ,it doesn’t work,,,the guy looking at a screen with mr woods ordering two shave gels can’t even get that right,,the website is non functional,,,and then this ,some absolute idiots decided to change the colour from a deep dark green a classic look to a sunglasses blue ,,,now the reader of this shit might be thinking he’s off his head moaning at a colour,;;;it’s nothing all to do with a colour,,,the point is the whole setup,,,some prick has taken this idea of the colour change to the boardroom and these spineless idiots haven’t the balls to say anything about the colour,,,there yes men and women scared of losing there jobs ,,,this is like liquid shit seeping through from that boardroom through to everyone and everything,,the colour is a Poundland special,,cheap ,,,degrading the quality,,,,the postage is a joke takes longer than it ever did ,the packers couldn’t give a rats minge ,,the product doesn’t work,and the website is non functional,,,,the whole setup it just gone south ,,,,these first class pricks took a product and system that worked and fixed it ,,,WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS BECAUSE ITS THE TRUTH,,,,stay clear and knowing you stick to your Lidl razors im going with Gillette personally,,,,,this is the way to destroy a company
I have an annual 12 month subscription
I have an annual 12 month subscription. I pay for 24 blades and shaving gel. First off, they have a year to prepare my order so I get it on time. Last year it was way way late. This year, today, I only received 16 blades and shaving gel instead of the 24 I paid for. Waiting to hear back from customer service. I will update my review once this company has reached back out to me.

New shave heads are exactly the same as those sold by Lidl and are not a patch on the original Harrys shavers which even though they are large, offer more control in tight shave spots like under the nose and chin - starting to consider other options for shaving as all the hype and marketing does not meet expectatations as usual in this day and age just probably means more profit fot the makers/marketers - would have left feedback on their own site but it was as elusive as a phone number (typical on mass retailer sites too these days)

I love Harry's razors,and am at the mo just trialling the new style razor handle and heads,I sent the guys / Gal's at Harry's a mail to change from Harry's original razors to the new one's and within an hr my order was re-jigged and sorted,

Amazing disappointment.
What am I missing? I hate giving bad reviews and clearly most people love this product. I bought mine from Boots and was disappointed at first use. The blade head is too wide to use accurately around the mouth, and the blades clogged and wouldn’t clear under the tap. After no more than four uses the blades were significantly degraded and I reverted to Gillette disposable which were immediately better. I’ve returned to the Harry’s razor several times, but it’s awful. I can’t find a way to remove the blades (pliers maybe?) and opening the metal box needs a knife or handy tool to open it.
Could I have a rogue item? Most people love this product.

Mmmm, me thinks let's go from the safe main stream Gillette lab wet razor ...let's jump on the Harry's band wagon...I know you got to give a bit of time...but no I had enough after two weeks...face and neck cut to shreds .I didn't do anything different in style of shaving with Harry's shaver ..but now enough is enough I have gone back to Gillette lab and what a difference straight away... definitely a case of if it's not broken why fix it ...waste time & money harry wet shaver ...not for me thank you ..

I'd have rated as 5 stars, but on 2 occassions I've incorrectly purchased the wrong item (moistureiser instead of aftershave balm). To be fair I imagine that this is because I've not paid close enough attention prior to the purchase ,but its worth noting how similar the items look. I'll own that the fault is likely mine, however, this isn't a mistake I've made elsewhere when purchasing items.

The usual order of razor blades came .I started to use them and after two shaves the lubrication bar on both blades has all but melted away. I am a regular customer and have never had this happen.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with harrys new razor and blade system, with over 40 years of shaving, this product really hits the mark...nice job!

Sorry to say, but… Not for me!
Sorry to say but… this ones are cheaper for a reason, I decide to give it a try but my face stay full of blood with so many cuts, Gillette won’t do that! And other thing I hate is the fact that every time you knock on the sink to clean the excess from the razor it fly away so easily… grrrr, lesson learned!

I ordered new razor and blades, both are terrific. The shaving gel is first time and is best shaving foam ever.
Tried shampoo and very good. I do not think deodorant is good so I will stick to old spice.
