Whether you like it or not

Whether you like it or not, nothing good will come out if you invest in this company. I have had a bad experience with them, and I know that they are not transparent in their activities, and their support is not willing to help. Switching up to PAIVA and everything started making sense. No lies or delay, and at least they actually pay.

Stay away from this site. Most assured is a scam.

They still haven't returned my money

At first they made small payments but then started adding extra charges without explanation, pushing my balance into the negative. They promised a refund by July 10th. It's July 31st today, no money, no reply to emails. This feel like deliberate stalling.
Joining FIFTH & heaven has given me control over my finance again. I am seeing steady growth and zero withdrawal issues.

I have been using the platform for…

I have been using the platform for about a month or two. Everything seemed fine until I tried to make a withdrawal. The site showed 'withdrawal channel under maintenance' and it's been that way for nearly two weeks. Support told me it would take some time to resolve. But now the support option has disappeared which feels concerning.
Honestly, it makes me appreciate how smooth things have been with my portfolio on FIFTH & heaven. There, I actually know where I stand.

Please take your money and run the other way. They were meant to give me a refund, sent loads of emails no replies. Basically I'm screwed but you don't have to be. Just avoid at all cost. I trying to involve lawyers.

If I could give no star

If I could give no star, I would. Every time I try to withdraw, I get the same excuse, 'withdrawal channel under maintenance, please wait patiently'. It's been weeks. When I contacted support, if you can even call it that, I just get the same copy-paste reply. It's a setup. Real platforms don't trap your money and dodge accountability.
I am all in on FIFTH & heaven. Withdrawals don't come with excuses and they are disbursed promptly.

I have been waiting for a refund of my principle deposit of a meager $150.00 Somehow this breaks them down. One remedy I recommend to all on here is to by default, notify their webhosting company who, once notified is complicit in known fraud and material misrepresentations. The world will be a better place without Hartcoin.

Everything seemed fine until I tried to…

Everything seemed fine until I tried to withdraw my funds—suddenly, I was blocked from doing so, even though they had absolutely no issues allowing me to deposit money. How is it that they let you deposit instantly but suddenly put up roadblocks when you want to take your money out? That alone should be a huge red flag.

When I reached out to customer support, I was expecting some kind of real assistance from an actual human being, but instead, I got generic AI-generated responses that didn’t address my concerns at all. They kept repeating the same scripted messages, offering no actual help. It’s clear they don’t care about their users, only about trapping your money.

And then, the most ridiculous part: after being fully verified and already approved, they suddenly demanded that I send a selfie holding my credit card to process the withdrawal. Why would I need to do this AFTER my account was already verified? This is extremely suspicious and feels like nothing more than an excuse to delay or completely deny my withdrawal. No legitimate trading platform would ask for this out of nowhere after already approving my account.

I have urgent financial needs, and this money is crucial, yet I am completely unable to access it. Every time I contact them, they just send another bot response with no real resolution. I’ve asked multiple times for my case to be escalated, but nothing happens. At this point, I feel completely scammed.

If you’re thinking about using hartcoin, STAY AWAY! They will take your money, let you deposit easily, but make withdrawing nearly impossible. Their customer service is terrible, their verification process is completely inconsistent, and they don’t provide any real support when you actually need it.

I’m writing this review in the hopes that someone actually looks into my case and helps me withdraw MY OWN MONEY, but based on how this platform operates, I’m not holding my breath. As of today I am filing a complaint with the Ayr’Lp and making sure a review like this is posted on all Consumer Review sites and forums.

Hartcoin is still not responding

I have continued to reach out to Hartcoin, but I have yet to receive a response. Hartcoin support department agreed to send me a refund termination agreement contract, so I could recover my funds. They never sent it. It has been over 30 days. They have taken my funds and suspended my account. I’m currently facing a situation that demands attention and understanding.

Scam - Do not trust!!!

It all looked good until I tried withdrawing some of my initial investment out. Their "withdrawal" channel has mysteriously been down for months. In addition, once I started questioning them about not being able to withdraw, they changed their investing rules and tried to bully me into giving them more money in order to"supposedly" get mine back. This place is a total scam and not to be trusted. I'm hoping not to many more people get cheated before the government steps in and shuts them down.

Hartcoin Cloud Mining

Hartcoin Cloud Mining seemed to be a legitimate source for income and buying their tokens prior going public. When buying a contract, if you were to accidently set the hashrate too high it would say insufficient funds and would need adjusted appropriately.
If you used a voucher for an instant savings it would set the hashrate to maximum and sell the contract putting you in a negative balance. After paying the negative balance as agreed, they then force you to buy an additional contract at full price inorder to activate both contracts. This is not outlined in the terms and conditions.
They have recently set the hashrate to maximum on most of the contracts in the terms and conditions while leaving the adjustable option available. This can be very misleading as they word it differently for each contract.
I now have 2 inactive contracts while they want more money.

All of our emails have been supportive as long as I was adding more funds. Now that they have Withdraw their promises on time and reactivation of my contracts I am highly skeptical of their honesty.

This platform needs investigated and stoped with all funds returned!

Been using them for about a month or two. Never tried to withdraw but when I finally did, the website shows "withdrawal channel is under maintenance." It's been showing that for about 2 weeks. Support originally said "it will take a while to fix," but now the support button is gone entirely. I've seen these same kinds of posts from weeks before now so I'm hoping they get the bugs worked out soon. For their sake, I hope the deposit side is working! :)

Hartcoin is a total fraud

Hartcoin is a total fraud. I tried it with a small amount and everything worked as it should. I think they do this to build trust so you will deposit and try to invest more money to make bigger returns. After moving to a higher investment option, the purchase charged double than what was advertised, which created a negative balance, instead of denying the purchase and asking for more funds to cover the purchase. At this point the customer service rudely states I did not read the terms that in their minds it "clearly" states it will charge double. There is nothing clear about their terms saying it will charge double. And if it did charge double and the funds are not available in the account, then it should error out and ask for more funds to cover the purchase. So now my account was in a negative balance and everything is frozen and they say it will unfreeze and work after depositing the required amount to cover double the purchase. I did not have the $50k to cover the other amount, so they said they would help by providing the other $50k, at which point they would take back along with the profits made by that $50k. I thought this was reasonable. They sent me a docusign agreement with all the details and it looked fine, so I signed it and they deposited the funds. But at that point, it still did not unfreeze the miners, now they said I needed to add an additional $19K and maintain that balance until the miners expired. So I ignorantly listened and added the $19K. They said that once the miners are restarted I could start taking profits, I just needed to maintain the $19K balance. No problem. The miners started after I added the $19K. After a few days I removed some funds, but never went below the balance as they stated. After a few more days went by, they froze my miners again and said it was because I took profits. Now they are demanding another $50k to unfreeze my miners. I don't have those funds, so that is not an option. At this point we are going nowhere, so they said they would offer me a refund of the total I am owed... we agreed on an amount and they sent another docusign with a date of when the transfer would go through and to the wallet which I had deposited the funds from. So the date has come and gone, over a week ago. I emailed their support again asking where my funds are and they said they would send the funds within a few weeks - they are having issues. I emailed back and said I want an exact date of when my funds will be deposited. They are now ignoring all my emails - they have not answered me in the last 5 days and I have sent at least 1 email per day. DO NOT TRUST THEM - IT SHOULD BE CALLED CONCOIN OR SCAMCOIN. They are dishonest, rude, and downright thieves. I am in the process of reporting them to the appropriate authorities. BTW - I am not using the same email as what I signed up with because in the docusign they said if I made any negative statements on public forums they would keep all my funds. ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!

Scam - stay away

I would give zero stars if possible. I've tried to withdraw my money and I keep getting a message saying "The withdrawal channel is under maintenance. Please wait patiently" for weeks. WEEKS! When I reach out to their "customer service," (which is probably a bot) they just tell me to keep waiting. This is an obvious scam. Stay away! Do Not give them your money.
