Non delivery of garden storage container! No reply from emails and phone number doesnt work. Been over a month now and nothing! Deffinitly a scam company. The transaction on bank statement is a different name (aurefl) Avoid!!

Why does Google still allow or advertise Hartool, Bristol products when they know they're SCAMMERS I have lost £140 for garden shed it's criminal...

This site is a scam took my money 70 pounds for outdoor garden storage, no delivery can't get intouch with anyone. DO NOT USE....

Scammers! Do not use this company. They defrauded my mother of £140 for a shed that never arrived and the company phone number is a dead line.

Scam . Website looks legit but it’s definitely not . Only once I’d purchased I started looking into it as I did not get a confirmation email so I tried to call and nbr not recognised . Luckily I got my money back from my bank .
Once bitten so they say . I go on trust pilot now everytime before I make a purchase.

On 13th April I paid £150.00 on my crecit card for a shed. No product has turned up. No contact from the company. No emails replied to. At one point the company disappeared.
Have now gone through my card company to try and get a refund. They're investigating them. Do not buy from Hartool!!

This is the biggest scam ever didn’t even get a confirmation email they took the money not heard anything since the email is non existent a phone number is dead. Since then we have had more money being taken out the bank biggest scam ever

As the old saying goes. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is. I genuinely thought I was buying direct from the manufacturer following a Google search for a shed. Suspicious recipient of my money and since reported to my bank and the National Cyber Security Centre. From the reviews it looks like I'm not alone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

After 6 weeks from my initial fraud claim my bank natwest managed to aquire a refund for my £150 well done to my bank. This outfit use a french bank they are con artists do not order from them... MANY THANKS TO NATWEST

Can someone please explain to me why this so called company are allowed to advertise and take money under false pretences.I would have thought that the search company should in some way be held responsible for this.Someone obviously is making plenty money out of this and nothing is being done to rectify it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. it is a scam. I purchased an outdoor storage box. Didn't get an email confirmation. Tried calling phone line dead. Email support bounces back. Can't get hold of company. No item received. I've reported them to Google. They should not be able to advertise.

Spent £70 through this company to purchase storage unit.Payment taken by Salestonic based in France, 1month on still no delivery.SCAM company

Sad to say I've also just fallen foul of this company. Thought I'd done due diligence on the website and ordered only to have my doubts and do a general search leading to the trustpilot reviews. Immediately raised it with my bank but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt and reapply for a chargeback once the delivery window has closed. On their advise I sent an email asking to cancel using UK cooling off period laws but the email hit a dead inbox and bounced straight back. Learnt my lesson the hard way sadly

SCAM SITE DO NOT USE. Bought a large garden box for £60. No confirmation email only an order confirmation on the scam site. Contact email address and phone number also fake. Contacted bank to raise a dispute to get money back.

I ordered a garden storage unit. It never showed up. Asked via email where it was and they never replied. Raised the issue with my bank and they told me they put a recurring payment on my account! People who get scammed by this ‘company’ check your accounts!!

These are scanners, take your money & you never get goods. Ordered a £60 garden storage. Never had email confirmation, tried phoning, tried email just bounced back.

This is a scam, I was caught out but re-funded by my bank, how on earth are they still being allowed to advertise.
