These people are scammers , and have scammed lots of people out of money. I have complained to Google and they still allow them to advertise via their search engine.

Do NOT buy from this ‘company’ I also fell for their product and I also have lost £70. I called my bank who say the amount is ‘pending’ and that I should contact the vendor. Well of course, the phone number is a scam and now I am left in limbo minus
shed , minus £70,

Similar to lots of other negative reviews with a £70 Hartool Garden Store order that has disappeared. No reply to my email. Contact Tel No unrecognised. Has anyone else got the name Debok (in France!) as the company who took my £70 payment? Going to try getting bank to refund.

I have contacted my bank and they are going to refund me with the £70 I paid. Everyone needs to contact their bank and hopefully in the future banks will not allow any payments to this so called company again.

Scam company, bought a shed, got order confirmation tried calling and emailing, no responce.
Reported and under investigation through klarna, trading standards through citizens advice and report fraud (action fraud).
Update they are now under investigation through report fraud

SCAM!!! Ordered a shed from here got an order confirmation... Then nothing. Email and telephone number invalid. However still advertising and on the top of a Google search!! Waiting to hear back from my bank now for a refund. Avoid this company.

Please check details of this company email doesn't work phone number doesn't work item ordered doesn't arrive.

They (he) takes your money but does not deliver goods, I put my experience on the farnborough page had 93 people scammed here already, registered on company house but it a private house, uses different names

Its a scam site, do not buy. Luckily I used a credit card and will charge back.
Report issue with shopify, lets get them shut down

Absolute scumbags. Currently waiting for 15 days with my bank to reverse charge and dispute.

Do not go near them, they do not answer email, telephone number useless and I am sure the item will never arrive.

I placed a order on 23rd February for 2 garden storage sheds at £70 each, l have contacted Hartool 5 times and not a good response, says track your order which l have done and nothing at all comes up, tried phoning Hartool and their number is not recognized, l need someone to look into this for me please.

This company doesn't exist we're now £150 down. Wish we'd looked on here first

Another customer been taken for a ride,what a disgrace,spent £70 of my pension money,keep promising to send it,but never comes,they are not getting away with it,will make sure they get what's coming,get ready for a jail sentence.

An email to state your order has been confirmed is the only thing you will get.
You won’t get your goods.
They won’t ever answer your correspondence and you can say goodbye to your money.

FAKE....
Tried to buy a shed via Klarna no sign of it. Chased with company and no reply...checked payment on Klarna, not the same company name on payment. Clicked on link and was taken to a French website..checked order confirmation to click on website for another email address and phone number and all non existent... payment paused with Klarna and trying to get it back

SCAM!!!!! Ordered 2 garden storage units for £140 via Klarna, no contact from company no delivery. Googled address - residential, telephone number non-existent. Reported to Klarna.
