I have now had two wooden house signs, the second to replace the first as it went mouldy and black after only two months of having it on my gate. The replacement sign, now after only three months is again black and mouldy.
I contacted the company for a refund and they have refused because apparently the wood can be affected by a fungus... That's not my problem and they are advertised as being outside signs!
I wish I could add the photos of how the signs look after three months of being on a gate!

Incredibly efficient and the sign was very well made and delivered quickly.

Whilst I appreciate my order which was an oak board with coligraphy writing would not have exhausted this wonderful companies threshold. The finish however is beautiful. I felt guilt attaching hooks to it. Just wanted to look and enjoy it, on its own. It was wrapped up a goodun so not to leave risk of courier damaging. Hartwood team thank you. Even my children said wow. And they normally grunt so that's truly something. X

We needed a couple of house signs at short notice and found this company online, thank goodness. The website was easy to use, phone calls and messages were dealt with promptly and we received views of the product to check for accuracy before dispatch. Unfortunately one sign was damaged in transit and after a quick phone call a solution was found, actioned and we still had the signs ready for Christmas. Good quality product and friendly efficient service.

Fantastic service. Hartwood made a minor error on one of my signs. I had a replacement sign within a week. I was so happy I ordered two more signs for my mother-in-law as a birthday present. Excellent quality!!

Great service: went to the Web site, made my specifications, got an email with a picture to verify it, and then got the sign as specified. Easy!

Yes the work and carving, first class, the only thing I should have asked for was the wood plaque to be chamfered to add to the finish. Roy white East Sussex.
