Ordered a laundry stacker system in November 2025. Received an email the following day stating item was delayed 13 days. Since then I haven’t received any updates at all and, as I write, it is now the 9th January 2026.
I have sent an email to customer services which I am still waiting a reply, despite sending it weeks ago. So today I tried calling them directly on 0121 630 1590 option 1. Tried 5 times and on each call I waited well over 5 minutes but no answer.
This very late delivery has delayed me in completing my utility room, which I intended to do before Christmas.
I really wish I had gone elsewhere or to a more reputable company.

We love this store at Merry Hill. The employees are always helpful and friendly. There is always someone there to help, which makes a change compared with other shops we visit. If all shops offered the same high quality service shopping would be more enjoyable. We purchased an item last week and was served by Matthew who answered all our questions and was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank You.

The sales associate Mario was really lovely and helpful for me throughout the whole process of me buying my new iPhone. He answered all my questions and made the whole process very smooth.

This is one store that I absolutely love. Love the products prices & most of all staff. We purchased a Ninja Blender on Saturday 13/12/25. Lovely, but I went to work next day my colleague said she had also brought one from Harvey Norman but it makes pastry for mince pies cakes etc!! So because the one I purchased only blends & makes soup I took it back & asked if I could upgrade to the processor model. Michelle who remembered us from Saturday said “ no problem even price matched with John Lewis sale same model & we had £40 knocked off it.
I’m so pleased with the price matched that I decided to take out a further 2 years warranty. Michelle was amazing she did all the transactions for us & even stored the item behind the counter till we had finished shopping. I’m going back to Harvey Norman’s on Boxing Day for a massive Telly. Merry Christmas 🎄

Gary was able to get us a good offer on my purchase, Gary was very friendly and was very helpful when helping me pick out the iPad and pen and explained the iPad and its uses perfectly.

Veronika was amazing, from the moment she approached us. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She gave us various options to buy our son's laptop and due to the service Veronika had provided, we went ahead and brought the product.

I purchased a cooker hood online as it was readily available to collect form the store in Merryhill.
However came to know when I contacted the store that this is no longer available which was disappointing. Michelle from the store and Amy from the online store were really supportive. Amy managed to get it delivered through a different supplier satisfactorily resolving the matter . Thank you both!!

Visited the store today to purchase some cushions. I was served by Hassan who was very helpful and also friendly and even offered to take them to my car could not of wished for a more helpful sales person. Thank you Hassan

My husband and I were looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner. We’d never had one before and had done a lot of research on the advantages/ disadvantages of various makes and models and paid for access to the Which report to access their findings.

It was clear from the very beginning that Michelle had a lot of knowledge about cordless vacuum cleaners. We were very impressed as from experience in other stores in depth staff knowledge of their products is not always the case! She put herself out to research the odd thing we asked which was not apparent, going to the warehouse to check this out. She was extremely professional, informed, helpful and had excellent communication skills. We said we were not in a position to buy that weekend - it was the 3rd weekend in November - as we wanted to see if our chosen cleaner was going to be further reduced in the Black Friday sale the following weekend. She was able to guarantee the price quoted that day. We did in fact find the model the following week cheaper in another store but chose to return to Harvey Norman after the exceptional service provided by Michelle. She was able to match the lower price. We went away delighted with our purchase and with Michelle’s service.

Terrible service. When returning a product that is faulty they are not helpful at all. blaming the person instead of the product. uncooperative and very unhelpful.
never buy from a place where there is no help for a faulty product esp6fdom Gary who has denied all knowledge. they are quick to take the order but very unhelpful when you return it
