Gary was great at merry hill, helped my sister with a phone a few months ago and served me today.

Mario at the Merry Hill store was brilliant - friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing my camera all that more special!

Delivered product as arranged, with careful handling of placement with the home. Having previously dealt with the company when living in Ireland it is fantastic to avail of Harvey Norman's presence in the UK.

Very bad experience with Harvey Norman online store. I ordered a fridge that was shown as in stock, with delivery promised within 5–7 working days. However, after 22 days there was still no delivery and no proper update.

The service was very poor. Every time I had to chase them myself — no one ever contacted me or followed up after the order. When I finally spoke to the manager, he said they still could not give any delivery date because he was “not sure,” maybe sometime in June.

After wasting so much time waiting with no clear communication, I cancelled my order. Very disappointing experience and I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I was looking for new furniture for my recently decorated lounge. Went into Harvey Norman and was assisted by Prescious a knowledgable salesman. Tried various chairs etc and bought a 2 seater sofa and 2 single chairs, all with reclining/massaging and lazy boy features in the colour I wanted. Being delivered tomorrow and I am well pleased. We made our initial decision to purchase a new iPad based on previous experiences with Harvey Norman. We were not disappointed Gary went through our requirements and made suggestions on which model to choose and the necessary additions. The iPad was set up for and we were really impressed with Gabran who set the iPad up and was very patient and extremely polite as technology is certainly alien to me. All in all a very pleasant experience
