Visited the new Harvey Norman store in Sutton , on the Monday after opening . Had a wonderful experience , whilst looking in the electrical department at the Dyson airwraps . I only popped up to have a look at them , whilst my husband was at the till downstairs . I wondered if they may be on display to see how heavy or light they are to hold , due to problems with my joints . Whilst I was looking a lovely sales assistant came over and advised me that that a particular colour was on offer due to the store opening at such a good price £199 instead of the usual nearly 500 pounds. I asked her about what they could do and included and she showed me on her own hair how the worked . In was really amazing and great to see them in action . She answered all my questions honestly and easily and was a pleasure to talk too . It was lovely to hear about her own hair and her experience using them , which I could relate too . I went down to ask my husband straight away and he brought them for me. I used them four times since and they are wonderful for my fine hair . I really needed something gentle to use now whilst going through the menopause . I really enjoy using them and trying the different styles on the app videos , for my new bob haircut . I can’t thank Grey enough , the excellent young sales assistant that helped me that day. Thankyou again Grey for your kind care and attention 😊💕🙏xx

Worth a visit

Really friendly, Hamza checked in with us when we were browsing around the tech dept. He was really welcoming and we chatted about the store in general and we was talking about the tech we already had, he was genuinely listening and making us feel welcome without pressure selling. We ended up buying a Fitbit 😂 as we were looking for something but not sure what we wanted, he gave great advice and had great knowledge . He is a great asset to Harvey Norman and we will be back again when we need anything. Hamza is a real asset to your store!

Louise, who served us, was really helpful, knowledgeable about the product and had wonderful customer serve. She was such a lovely person with a cheery smile.

Good prices. For furniture it was excellent apart from the coffee tables, but I’m not gonna hold that against you. Your IT department was excellent a good range of products and you had one reasonably priced unit for each range in the display - very clever.
I note that you don’t do on-site installs that’s where I come in. CDoS PCDoctor. 07838199007. I was impressed with Jake and his staff in the IT department and I’ve got myself a really reasonably priced iPad. And keyboard and screen protector and it was fitted and I was impressed. Many thanks.

I bought a couch called: Cadenza2EE Charcoal £600, and it's really lovely. It's electric ⚡ and reclining, perfect for gaming 🎮 or watching Netflix with the girlfriend. The salesman Simon was a nice guy, and he explained the delivery 🚚 and removal charges £175 total. The shop looks awesome and I like their gaming laptops very much. 💻 👍🏻

We went into the new store today at Grace church to look at beds and had absolutely fantastic customer service from Tracey and Paul!

The is a good selection of stock of beds and bed frames too - would highly recommend visiting 😊

Came in just to visit the new store, after chatting to Jake and Tom, I then ended up leaving with a new phone and tablet which was all set up for me too. Fantastic service!

Excellent addition to Sutton Coldfield. Popped into store with my partner for the first time to browse. 3-hours later, walked out with an iMac, iPad & an Anker Solix. Thank you to Hamza, Jacob & the Store Manager for excellent customer service, patience and support. We will be back!

Me and my wife visited new store which opened last week in Sutton Coldfield. The sales girl Michelle is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 for Michelle.She really made us at ease to give detailed information about the product which my wife bought. The manager Steve was even also very polite and helpful. We have decided to buy regularly from this store whenever we require any household items.

Went in to buy a new iPhone and iPad at your store today, the young lad Jake was amazing in helping me choose. Had a lot of knowledge and even set up my devices and transferred everything for me, absolutely wonderful service, will happily shop here again!

I went in to look at electrical items & met a member of staff called Gray, she was informative, pleasant & really helpful helping me decide which product was best for me! Couldn’t have asked for more & will certainly be shopping there in the near future!

Went into Harvey Normans in Sutton Coldfield which I loved! Got interested in an automated vacuum that works itself! Spoke to a young Lady called Gray who was more than helpful, knew everything about the products & even showed us a demonstration on her phone! Lovely attitude & personality (wish I could have adopted her)
Shall definitely be back!
