Nice and Efficient
We had the lovely Evan and Ryan deliver our sofa. They were extremely nice and efficient. Phone call ahead of time to advise when they would be with us. Really nice lads to deal with.

Shopping online was so easy
Shopping online was so easy, clicked and collected, staff member was so helpful and friendly, called me to let me know that there is a 5 year warranty with the TV I purchased, brought the TV out to my car for me and the whole experience for five stars!!! Mt only regret is that I didn't get the staff member's name so he could get the recognition he deserves!!

Really fast delivery (less than 24 hours) They called ahead and both the driver and his assistant were helpful and friendly. They delivered my washing machine and took the old one away with no fuss

This was my 2nd delivery. The first was a mix up and from the min I rang the whole customer service experience was positive, the staff (Ingrid?) were helpful and fast in sorting the mixup out. Delivery guys were efficient and helpful in setting everything up as well as taking away every bit of packaging even sweeping up the last few bits 😀

I ordered a silver microwave for click…
I ordered a silver microwave for click and collect on Wednesday went to collect on Friday and it was the wrong colour. Rang a few times looking for an update to be told leave it another day they are trying to source one got a call today to say it will be ready tomorrow Wednesday which is one week later, I would have gone to another shop and walked out with one if I had of known it was gonna take this long.

Mixed experience
My experience wasn't great. The salesman was very helpful but the TV wasn't in stock so we had to go to the depot a few miles away.
The cashier went to serve a young man even though I was standing in front of him ahead of the young man. I would have walked out without the TV if I had not already got a receipt from the salesman. This is the "invisible" effect of being an older woman.
