They have great uptime, seamless billing and Jaran is very transparent and proactive about letting us know of any issues.
The hosting charges are very reasonable and the uptime is 99% over the last year.

Seems solid
Ordered a few machines from Hashlabs earlier this year and had them hosted in Finland. Everything was handled quickly — support was easy to reach and answered my questions without delays.
So far uptime has been great, no downtime since setup. Power price also beats most of what I’ve seen in Europe.
I noticed some old bad reviews when checking them out, but after digging I realized those were from a different company that used to own the domain. These guys seem solid. Happy so far.

HashLabs is an excellent company to engage with for bitcoin mining machines and hosting. The reliability and performance is above expectations. Further, their customer service and attention to details is impressive.

Completely ripped off
Completely ripped off! Placed order, requested PayPal for transaction, they gave me Patrick Osiemo as my PayPal contact to send to, as a gift, so I paid the transaction fees. They said they shipped it, it never showed, they said had to pay delivery insurance deposit.... I had already paid for the whole order! They would never tell me even after 5 requests the amount to be paid or who to. Never got order, never got refund, got apology, contact said all this took place while they were our....but never any action, and no return communication since. Blocked it seems. I'm a vet, I'm used to false hopes and empty promises.
