They scammed my money..
Bonus is fake u cant withdraw it..

I bought 3€ bonus with coins. I managed to complete the x50 wagering they settled and ended up with over 200€ balance. They reduced my money to 15€ because they said max bonus earnings x5 so 3€x5=15€. I didnt mind because that was their rule (but it wasnt in the past). So i played those 15€ (clear earnings from the bonus that converted into real money to my balance) and managed to increase them to 50€. I withdrew those money and they cancelled my withdrawal and my balance returned back to 15€. They said i can't withdraw more than 15€...

Stay away from this casino. They dont even honor their own emails advertising. I got an email that said thank you for being a member for 30 days... We are gifting you 10 free spins on Gates of Olympus. So I click the get bonus button and go to live chat who refused to honor the free spins citing that I have no deposits so I'm not eligible. Which is not anywhere in the email. What a garbage casino. Thank god I didnt make any deposits or who knows what they'll say to keep my money. They wouldnt even honor a measly 10 free spins that they sent me via email. I have the proof if they want to see it. Looks much worse than this review.

My boyfriend won 80000 and he could only withdraw 3000 per week. After he managed to withdraw 10000, he got banned because they decided to. That is so frustrating. Watch out with this casino as when you lose they take your money but when you win they don't give your money.

I made 3 deposits in two months hashlucky and there was NO MONEY in my account eveytime i made deposit. This casino ihas very poor deposit system or they are scaming their customers. And of course hashlucky keep asking for a bank statement everytime. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

I'm based in the UK I made deposits by bank account and I'm unable to withdraw funds. Only options available are crypto currency wallets and I'm not eligible to trade and do not own any crypto wallets and it dod not specify anywhere on the website that withdrawals can only be made to crypto currency wallets so misleading. I have sent numerous emails to there finance department who didn't get back to me until 6 days later explaining due to technical issues deposits cannot be made to banks ..... they didn't specify why or when the technical issue would be resolved. I also contacted support who claim there's nothing they can do and to contact finance department. This is so frustrating I have €620 in my account that I cannot withdraw and no one wants to help. My account has been verified and I have sent all payment documents but yet I still cannot withdraw from this casino this issue gas been on going and nobody wants to help. I think my only options going forward now is to seek legal advise as the customer service practically doesn't exist. PERSONALLY I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO IT IS MISLEADING AND FALSE INFORMATION IS GIVE IN THERE FAQS AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!!!

Didn't give me a Cashback, i deposited over 100 euro in a week with 12% Cashback, with a minimum of 10 euro Cashback. They're excuse was what you deposit is minus the bonuses you have collected, so for example if I would hit just 1 bonus for let's say 50 euro that's it, you're getting screwed. I never in my life heard of such a rule. The Cashback is only on deposits. And if you miraculously do achieve Cashback as a low stakes gambler, it's credited as bonus money which you need to 10x first. Absolute garbage. Also I can't play alot of game companies like netent, play n go, quickspin and many others. Do not waste your time and money on this bs casino, with their self made illogical rules set.

If I could give this casino 0 stars I would!! Deposited thank for through neo surf and not any personal details the deposit didn’t show up even though I have the email saying it had been paid to them and should be on the account talked to live chat and they said they have sent it to the right department and that it is normal for it to take up to 7 hours (that is not normal in my eyes you deposit to play not to wait!!) 12 hours later still no money in the casino account!!! Extremely suspicious!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Sites like this should be shut down immediately!!!

First 15 withdrawals are very fast , instant without pending or possibility to cancel your withdrawal. When you reach lvl 10 vip its over and you have to wait for days till the withdrawal is approved. Believe it or not , there is a cancel button at the withdrawal after alot of deposits. In my opinion i think in the hope you cancel and lose all your money because you are a good depositer while vip lvl 10. So beware. They are not fake but its misleading. They say that all withdrawals will be processed within 2 business days. Its now alsmost the end of day 3 and now they told me in live chat that it will be processed from 3 - 5 business days. Unbelievable … i will update this review once i received the money ! But in my opninion there are much better casino’s around . € 2500 withdraw limit each week for a minimum of 3 days pending ? No , i will quit playing here for sure !

On pending day 4 i finally received € 60 !!!! What a bad company. Deposit alot and a withdrawal of just € 60 took 4 days. I dont recommend this casino, 4 days of pending , and a max withdrawal limit of just € 2500 each week… enough betters around

I couldnt review despite meating the 3x wager requirement because they claimed it was lower. Avoid at all cost.
