Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

High staff turnover means poor communications, inefficient systems - my deeds were ‘lost’ for a couple of days - standard procedures left undone and repeated requests for information they already had. Poor service, certainly not worth the money.

Fantastic Conveyancing Team

We used their services for the sale of our previous property & are now in the process of purchasing.
Chloe & Lizzy are efficient & attentive. They are very easy to get in contact with & incredibly helpful with any queries we have had.
They have touched base when time has passed with no other contact & reassured us of any progress or issues.
We couldn't recommend them enough.

Charged for nothing

On Wednesday, we agreed over the phone with Andrew that the Settlement Agreement with work will be signed on Thursday. £150 plus VAT. I got email with my bill from their office.

Thursday, we connected to TEAMS and he says his camera is not working, so we will talk on the phone. Then he asked if I have signed the key forms, so I say that I don't have any. From his office didn't send it because it forgot, and it only sent me a bill. Next, Andrew told me he didn't even look my work contract and laughed. Also that tomorrow MAYBE at 10.30am he will call and we will finish the signing Settlement Agreement.
However, Friday I received key forms to sign and I asked when they will call me, instead they sent me same bill to pay for yesterday's call. However, I said that I will not pay until Andrew gets his work done.
In the evening, Andrew wrote to me with a large email that I showed dissatisfaction and was connected to the MEETINGS 5 minutes earlier, which leads to the payment much more plus VAT.
(I felt very pushed to pay the money)
So I answered him that he was late and did not do what he promised to do on the same day and I wasted my two working days looking for a serious solicitor who can do the work.
I wish everyone not to pay in advance because it will drag on like that. And the payment can be made within 28 days after the invoice so don't get trapped.
