To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Hatch is booking and ticketing software for UK leisure venues. If people book a time slot and you have a limited number of places, Hatch handles it. Soft play and trampoline parks, ice rinks and climbing walls, escape rooms and farm parks, tastings and workshops, the lot. Venues sell through their own branded booking page, take payment straight into their own Stripe account, scan QR tickets at the door and ring up walk-ins at the till. There is no monthly fee, just 3% at the point of sale, and the venue is always the merchant of record. If you booked tickets for a day out: your booking is with the venue, not with Hatch. We make the software the venue uses to sell tickets. For anything about your visit, your tickets or a refund, please contact the venue directly — their details are on your confirmation email.
