Maria V made the customer service experience really nice and autentic. These days sorting problems out with customer service can feel really complicated and too formal, so I really appreciate this service. Thanks a lot!

They asked and proposed

Hatstore asked and proposed different options for my caps althought it was small order. I have to admit that it was necessary and they did it patient way. Thanks again!

Scammers

Hatstore takes money but doesn't send the product. No answer for messages, nothing. Over 150€ lost - hopefully I get them back.

Great customer service and the order…

Great customer service and the order was automatically cancelled by the process because it detected that the product will not end up good by the choices i made.

Great shopping experience! 100% Yes

Large selection, great prices and very easy to order! Due to wrong size of the hat I had to return the product and order the new one. Viktor from the Hatstore was extremely fast to reply and very helpful with the issue. Superhappy with this experience! :-)

The product quality is amazing and…

The product quality is amazing and customer service is top of the line! I made a mistake with my order but it got fixed right away and the customer service person named Viktor kept me informed the whole time. Absolutely best hatstore there is!
