Customer service is great
Quick to respond to any querys,
I made an error in the hat I had selected for a custom design and they changed it without any hassle after confriming the design.
Helped edit the design so it was suitable for the hat.

Out of stock and no refund

Ordered a hat, was contacted to tell me it’s out of stock, was given an alternative and once I said yes, they told me this one was out of stock too! Then I gave another alternative in stock and got no answer back. So I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund. No answer so far!

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague, 0 customer service. Sent me the wrong hat, when I contacted them an asked for photos, opened a case and closed it again - they appear to have no returns policy. Multiple emails unanswered over the past 4 weeks - avoid avoid avoid edit: on seeing this review I’ve been offered a new hat, will update this if it arrives
