I bought an mighty ducks hat for a gift. It says that confirmation was sent through email but there was none! I was not given an Order Number aswell! I have locked my bank account because of this! This is totally bs.

Not sure if I should be impressed by the dispatch of my order or not. Orderen on sunday, got mail that the package was sent monday morning. Noticed that I had orderen wrong size for one of the caps so I tried to contact them about it. But by the time customer service had gotten to work (09.00) the package had been sent. So now i will have to fiddle with return for an oversize cap. In one way im impressed by the dispatch speed. But then they dont give you enough time to talk to customer service if you happen to do something wrong.

Yes they do mention that the hat comes from Sweden. What they hide in thiers terms and conditions, line 7 small print, is that thier MAY be duty fees. Whats worse is if you decide to return the hat, you are not refunded the duty fees AND you must pay for shipping the hat back. Also, note that the final bill states FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. And why do they have CANADA in their company name if it comes directly to you from Sweden. Very deceptive.

Hats were great and as described. My major issue is the company is subject to custom and duties (+30%). I appreciate that there are various places on their site indicating they ship from Sweden, but the name "Hat Store Canada" is very misleading. Probably not a stretch for someone to believe that "Hat Store Canada" would be located in Canada and not subject to import fees.

I ordered 2 customised hats , they said it will be delivered in around 5-6 weeks , they came much earlier , i was surprised. But most important was the print of the design I wasn't expecting to be such a good print and detail , much better from what I was expecting and that is because I created the design using photoshop , so I had my concerns about the print , but the detail it's great

Using a domain that makes you think they are a Canadian company yet you are hit with additional taxes and duty. Customer service offered no help and basically said just don't accept the delivery but we will charge you the tax anyways. I should of never ordered without doing my own due diligence first. I guess that's what you get with these spammy type sites. Will never order again.
Edit: I reached out to you to fix this and you still would not. I asked you to recover the additional fees, yet instead you doubled down. The name CANADA is in the url. You are a very deceptive company. You have lost a customer, and will continue to lose customers as I add true details about your practice to other review sites.

The package has been lost so now I'm waiting 3rd week for the package, but the service is great, they've solved my problem fast and the stock of different varieties of caps, hats, full caps and colors is huge.
definetly recommended, I was just unlucky with the shipping, not the Hatstore fault.
