I ordered a hat for a wedding. First, the payment gateway didn´t work and I had to call to process the order manually. According to the delivery info, I should get the order in 2 - 5 days. After waiting for almost 2 weeks, I contacted the customer service to ask about my order. Surprisingly, they responded that my order was cancelled without any notifications. Now, I don´t have time to buy a new hat.

To me the quality this company produces with their product's is the embodiment of what having great quality working staff is all about. the web site is amazing in terms of the sheer amount of section you have the pleasure to choose from. I mean they have everything you could possibly need when it comes to head wear. I ordered two hat's myself from this company and they where delivered to my house with in the week which was quick and efficient. any question's you may need to ask they are also quick and efficient to reply back too. simply put when you do business with Hatstore you are doing business with top premium quality all around from the product's to the staff and customer care service. Found this company after another let me down.
Customer service has been amazing.
I telephoned first to see if anyone could help and not waste my time again. I spoke to Viktor who since my first discussion with him has assisted me to get what I needed, made a mock up design within an hour and replied to any emails with questions or concerns I had.
I will update product quality once I receive item.

would not trust this company.
placed order of £100 on the 27th with 2-3 days shipping.
a week later and package is still in Sweden.
I contact them asking to update me on my order. they tell me the order seems to have been lost. they can either refund me or send me a new package. I ask for a full refund. they then reply saying they can only pay full refund once I receive the package and send it back. how is this possible when the package is lost according to them?
I then ask them to resend me my order with a new order number and tracking number. still waiting for a reply.

I had been searching for a very specific hat which is not available on the European market. I contacted Hatstore and asked if they could get hold of such a hat. First outcome was that it was a challenge to find and get to the European market due to lack of stock at wholesale. Then after some time I received an e-mail that Hatstore had search further and managed to find some stock to buy in for this rare hat. I was given the link to the product page if I was still interested. That is what I call customer centric service and a special "service star" for Klara who helped me with this. I bought 3 of the hats

It is very suspicious. I placed an order then when I wanted to inquire about it, there was no local uae number available. The other way was thru their WhatsApp. I sent them a message 4 days ago and reminders yet no one has responded. I am not sure if I will even receive my order.

I ordered a hat. The package got lost. Julia, from customer care, answered 24h after I reached out to hatstore about my case. 48h later I had a new package coming my way. No better service than that.
