Rhys and the team provided fantastic customer service. They answered all my questions about the hot tub, liaised directly with the supplier, and responded promptly throughout. I’d be very happy to buy from them again.
Easy to order and very accommodating to fit delivery date
The price and quality of the new furniture was just as advertised amazing value cheaper by far than any other supplier I found for the same thing
delivery was fast only small negative I had to dispose of a large pallet but that was the hauliers not `Hatton garden

Conducted business via email following having had a keen interest on one of their products on their website. I had a few questions that were promptly answered and I placed an order. Great customer service by Rhys - my sales advisor. Delivery was prompt and as arranged and expected. Immaculate condition (from the packaging seen). All in storage now for next spring, as I had purchased a garden dining patio set in mid-October and I live in the UK. Zero issues. I cannot not give this company anything less than 5/5.
