I bought three bags of Hatton Hill…

I bought three bags of Hatton Hill Organic Oat Groats on Amazon, and in all I found small hard stone-like pieces mixed with the oats. The last one was about the size of a kid tooth and could easily cause damage if bitten. Please review your quality control process.

Ordered 1kg of Hatton Hill organic…

Ordered 1kg of Hatton Hill organic ginger powder a few days ago through Amazon and paid £18. When I opened it I immediately noticed that it looked slightly darker than usual and had a bitter taste. It was packaged in a silver foil bag with a Hatton Hill label stuck on it. I tried to return it to Amazon but was informed not allowed according to their policy. How is this legal?

Out of date by a year

Bought brown basmati rice on Amazon last week and it was a year out of date. Not possible to return via Amazon, website doesn't exist and no way of contacting them via Amazon. Very unhappy.

No communication about the website is under construction

Hatton Hill Organic has not informed me about the company of website is still under construction. I do not know when the company of website would be opening. I do not want to lose my money, I need all products to return to the company immediately and give me fully refund. It cost about £43, that is lot of money. Lack communication to contacting their customers. I am struggling to contact them about my allergy by products and refund via telephone number and email. They has not reply me since 18th February.Hatton Hill Organic do not think about customers are struggling to contacting them about returning any products and refund. That is not very fair to us. Hatton Hill Organics must be thinking of all customers first and it is very important to communicating between the company and customers. They do not aware of communication. I am very disappointed with the company.

Ordered organic chilli powder - Incorrect description

Ordered organic chilli powder to find it extra hot! It does not say that on the product description which is disappointing because no way the spice can be used in our food. And I have 1 kg of it!!!

No response from customer service. There are better shops online. Avoid this one

Poor customer service

Have had three orders from this company in total. The first one contained a short dated item (curry powder with only four weeks to expiry) and the third order contained a bag of prunes that were spoiled and rancid. The company did refund the short dated item (although at first they wanted me to pay for it to be returned) but it took them two weeks to sort out a refund for the prunes and then they suspended my account! I've had no response as to why they have done this. Very poor customer service.

Ordered in late November and no delivery

Ordered in late November, the order was acknowledged but still the order has not been dispatched or delivered and no response to emails. I have been a regular customer with no previous problems so unfortunately must advise that Caution should now be given to ordering from this company.

3 weeks since placing order

3 weeks since placing order, no response to follow up emails, no one answering the phone. Are they still trading? I had placed several orders before which had been fulfilled and took about a week maximum.

Very happy with the delivery…

For delivery, actually I give 5 stars. Darjeeling tea quality is good too. However, I’d like to know more about the tea, for example first or second flush, and the harvest year. The tea I got is most definitely is a second flush, good quality Darjeeling. Unfortunately, it is at least 4-5 years old, missing that lovely aroma of fresh Darjeeling.

Over a week after ordering and still no…

Over a week after ordering and still no delivery. The phone number is never answered and emails are not replied to. Eventually despatched after 2 weeks without any notification. And to make things even worse, they use Amazon deliveries who are completely incapable. A good match for each other!

Never again

Never again! After two weeks they had not dispatched my order, two emails and they finally replied with no explanation on why it was delayed and (we have given you a refund) Thanks Hattonhill for your wonderful customer service (not).
