I ordered a gift for my Granddaughter for her birthday on a Friday and paid for next day delivery so expected it the following Tuesday because of the weekend but no confirmation of shipping so I had to email them and explain it was a gift needed by Thursday and was assured it would be looked into the following day came still no confirmation so I phoned them and was told it would be posted straight away and was given a shipping confirmation Thursday came and the shipping link was still showing the sender was posting it so I was left with no gift for my Granddaughter on her birthday
Thanks for nothing I will definitely not be using your company again and would urge other potential customers to give them a miss and shop elsewhere

This is my local saddlery but I don't drive so I've ordered online a few times. Their prices are always very competitive and delivery is fast. Today I had difficulty with a card payment, so I phoned the shop. I could not have spoken to a friendlier, more helpful person! Thank you Joe! I totally recommend this great business.
