Never received any product that I ordered and it has been 2 and half months. Contacted the company and I get replies but nothing has been resolved. Don't order form this company

I never got my package that I ordered on the 19th of December of 22 USPS can't even find a tracking number that it even came in the country

This is not a company it is fraud on the run! I ordered winter jackets in October of 2022 and was never shipped. Please keep your $ and don't fall on to this scam

Made tgree orders and nothing came to me bought boots shoes and clothing and i know they could not put packages in my mailbox i dont live at a courtyard so run from this company and dont waist your time and effort run run run put the shipper out of bussiness as well cant track packages from company or tracker

This is totally a big big scam.
I bought a total amount of $55CAD worth of jackets on November 6, 2022, and they claim my shipment never arrived. They re-shipped another order in January of 2023, still nothing arrived. They claimed that the courier delivered it on February 6 2023. I was here all day because that was my dayoff and nothing arrived.
This HAUSAD is freaking scam.

Ordered clothing was sent a crap ring, Goes under a few different names from links on google and facebook

It’s Scam company and they are scammer.
This is a fake website. Fake tracking. Mostly Scam shippers use it to justify there delivery. I saw a add on YouTube from HAUSAD.com a leather Jacket for $5.24 and other clothing at good price. I spent around $63 in purchase and $9.99 in shipping. After one a half month I received a fake ring in the mail with this fake tracking and never received original clothing that I ordered. So HAUSAD.com was using this fake tracking website to justify my order instead of China Post tracking # where original fake ring was shipped. Actual address was on package was from California.

Not Even 1 Star! DO NOT !!!! Give this Fraud company any of Your info unless You enjoy spending Your hard earned Money on a cheap plastic ring that looks like it came out of a Gumball machine. Nice Touch with the Certificate of authenticity, and Gem information. Pssshht.

Was scammed. I ordered sweaters and Jackets and they sent me a ring that I did not order. Don't order from this company. They will take your money and send you a plastic ring.

I bought from this fake online STORE since November and never receive my order and i was given a fake tracking number, i will be reporting this fake store to the FBI they told me they will give me my money back for months and still not receive my moneyback and i will be calling my BANK to report this and get my money back. Buyers beware of this fraud they're no good scammers, I will be reporting this site to the AUTHORITIES.

I never received any of my items that I purchased. I was told by email that they will refund my money and never did.
I got different emails from Lele, Maria, Hansen, and Sweetie promising to resolve my issue but they just wasted my time and money. I opened an investigation just to get my money back.

More than 1 websites i had ordered quite alot xmas decorations from this same website only under a different name called Boxer wish and cachebilk,i orderd over £80 worth of stuff outside decorations,and all as got was 2 scarves,ive just found this site and its the same format for paying to,i know we should be careful but when you see items that look good and yes!to good to be true prices you just hope that they are as honest as you well never again will i be fooled by them

hello I to got scamed and received a ring in the mail luckly I had two small ordered but after reading your comments I requested a charge back from hausad.com thru my visa which I have fraud protection and am currently getting a refund on both purchases. So as long as you paided by visa you can get refunds takes a while and once they get a few cases where refunds are requested they just wont allow that user to receive any payment from visa and you will be advised have a good day
