Impossible to get in touch with your customer service via email. When I made a return, it said that no shipping label is available and that I am to contact you via email. I have sent multiple messages but have not received a reply.

Order my one and only shoes from these being using them for years never any problems.
Order the same style per usual in June.
Never had any updates then last week yes that's right last week I had a email to say delivered.
Unfortunately I wasn't there I was away. Came back no item. Spoke to Juan on customer services who offered me a refund pretty sharply when I asked when the item was gave me a load of fuffle and said they had been collected from a drop off point. So I asked who authorised this as I didn't oh he hasn't got that information I find that hard to believe!
So no explanation just a refund ok this is good then me wanting to know if they had been taken from my property etc whilst I was away he cut me off. Very strange behaviour no sorry no nothing I didnt want my money back I needed these ages ago. Not like 2 months later. Why are they taking so long for delivery
