Great experience and prices very confortable

I have previously purchased two pairs of glasses from HaveaLook. The build quality of the glasses has always been good. Unfortunately the 2nd pair I purchased broke after several months use. Upon contacting the team at HaveaLook a replacement pair of glasses was sent out free of charge without any quibbles whatsoever. The package duly arrived (fully tracked) soon after. The comms with the team in the office was superb. So, in essence I cannot recommend the company highly enough to any prospective customers

This company is the best online company I have dealt with - customer service is superb - very helpful and prompt - the glasses are brilliant quality and look great with lots of styles and colours ( some are clear lens - make great fashion statement - and great reading lens glasses - with a prompt delivery!

Fantastic company. My first set went missing thanks to the vagaries of Malta post/and/or and ended in the Great Pandemic Triangle in the sky. These guys resent the glasses to a UK address, they arrived within the week there, and due to lockdown and the rest finally received via a visitor to Malta 6 months later - so great to get them finally. They are good as they look and the service was personalised, friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended and refreshing in these days of online scamsters and pranksters, thank you Mette for your help and to Havealook glasses for their fab (affordable) designs!

The outstanding customer service has made me a lifetime loyal customer. I ordered 3 pairs of readers and 1 pair of reader sunglasses in early May. I assumed the shipment to the US would be delayed in arriving due to COVID-19 but by early July I could not tell from the tracker if it had even left Denmark. I contacted customer service and received a reply less than 24 hours later from Mette herself telling me that the shipment was most likely still in transit but that they were re-sending the entire order, at no cost to me, just to be sure. The only thing they asked in return was that I notify them if/when both shipments arrived. Of course as luck would have it the first shipment did indeed arrive a few days later, followed 1 week after that by the second shipment. I just love the products--so chic and well-priced. But the exceptional customer service has absolutely won my devoted loyalty.
