Do not buy from this company! I ordered at item for Halloween the item came 2 weeks late and now they will not issue a refund as advertised on their website. I’ve Sent over 15 emails to resolve all they do is barter with me to except the item. Very poor stay away!

Please DO NOT buy from this company. They advertise a 30 day refund policy no questions asked and I’m now fighting to return my unsuitable product for a full refund of £25, they seem to be refusing, offering me part refund only which I do not want. They are now not replying to any of my emails and I’ve have reported them on FB but they are doing nothing either. :(
