Got an unframed print as a birthday gift. The (current COVID driven) appointment system worked well and there was sufficient time to discuss several alternative solutions; type of frame, colour, type of glass, etc. The price was reasonable and the timescales more than acceptable. Just picked it up today and they have done their usual professional job for me.

The only thing I can think of to improve would be a postcard size print prior ( as a colour proof ) to full size printing. Good service I have no complaints at all.thanks a lot. Ron

Definitely Edinburgh’s ONLY framing shop for me. Grahame & Mary have now framed over 70 music posters ranging from “bus stop billboard” posters to A4 size and everything in between. Quality of workmanship is outstanding and the pricing is excellent. You can wait for a few weeks for your framings but that is testimony to their demand. Can’t thank them enough. Thanks guys.

Have it Framed in Hillhouse Road, Edinburgh have framed a number of paintings for me and the results have always been absolutely superb. They always make you feel welcome, give good advice and a fast and efficient service. They also did a marvellous graduation presentation box for my daughter which was a really novel idea. I would highly recommend Have it Framed and would personally not go anywhere else for a framing service.

Had some concert memorabilia framed and a canvas mounted in a black frame. Quality of work was brilliant, available choice for frames and mounts great and was ready a week earlier than expected. Would highly recommend.

I had every confidence that my paintings were in great hands from the minute I walked into the shop. Small family business mother and son duo who listened to what I needed and offered suggestions but never came across as pushy. I was kept updated all the way on any delays (as a result of supplier issues due to Covid). I would say it's pricey …. BUT …. value for money with regards to service, quality and right first time. Delighted with the end products. Worth every penny and it won't be my last visit! Highly recommend.

Have used this business for many years. Probably not the cheapest going, but their workmanship is always of a very high standard and their work has proved very durable. Most importantly their advice on frames, mounts etc. is always very sound. Highly recommended.

I wanted a very old tapestry framed (probably over 100 years old). Have it framed were able to show me a selection of suitable frames and give advice on the mount, they managed to stretch and mount the canvas despite a family member having cut the tapestry out of it's previous frame. When I got it back I was truly amazed by how well the frame and mount brought out the colours in the tapestry. Staff provided a very helpful professional service.

The service genuinely went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for, given the short notice of my request. Would 100% recommend Have It Framed going forward.
