From the start of the experience Simon was genuinely supportive and gave us lots of options. He helped us visualise our dream kitchen which is now a reality. The Haven kitchen team were amazing and offered loads of great advice. They went out of their way to make it as smooth a process as possible and Duane Kilone even took delivery of the kitchen for me when I was sick and while he was busy plastering. Mark Payne’s attention to detail and dedication to get things done was second to none and without his knowledge and experience we may have had a very different kitchen. Andy Davies took control of the electrics and even had to change the fuse box due to its age. His friendly and helpful manner made everything easy.

Everything was done with fantastic care and attention and with the utmost respect and friendliness. I will actually miss having them around for a chat now it’s finished. Ollie from HBH Woolacotts was also amazing as he made selecting the best appliances a breeze and made sure they were suitable for my Mum who is 84. They really were a fantastic team all around and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thank you soo much to both Haven Kitchens and HBH Woolacotts, as ever a friendly and personal experience from a family run business you just can’t get elsewhere.

i found Laura White very profesional and helpful in every way, her attitude to me as the customer was a very refreshing experiance, nothing was too much trouble,the same can be said about the rest of her team in the store, and the the man who fitted the kitchen, and all of his team.The quality of worksmanship was a pleasure to see, i would recamend them all

We are absolutely over the moon with our new kitchen from Haven Kitchens, with appliances supplied by HBH Woollacotts and installation by Mark Payne.
Simon Nicholson, the designer at Haven Kitchens, took the time to really understand our requirements. Working collaboratively, he guided us through the process, refining ideas together until we agreed on the perfect final design. Ki, the specialist at HBH Woollacotts, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with appliance selection and patiently answering our many questions.
Mark Payne brought a fantastic team of skilled professionals on site to prepare and install the kitchen to an amazingly high standard. The addition of a superb quartz worktops and finally flooring from Yelverton Carpets completed the transformation beautifully.
The design, build quality, and overall finish have far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the whole process felt smooth, professional, and genuinely customer-focused.

Its always a daunting task when it comes to renovating a kitchen, but Gavin and the team at Haven helped me through the journey, it wasn't without its challenges and issues, like anything when it come to suppliers etc you can get issues, but Gavin worked with us to resolve all issues and over the moon with my new kitchen. As a family run business you get the more personal touch, you can speak to a human being not a computer which makes the journey so much easier.

1. You did not work hard to put right the multitude of issues. In fact, you got more wrong more often with appalling communication from your company to me and it took your company almost 6 months to put right your mistakes
2. There was a long delay with more than one door - there were delays with side units, side doors, light diffusers, taps and numerous colour mis-matches
3. Given that it was a made to measure and paint to order, for which I paid a significant amount of money, I should have received much better customer service, It is utter lies to suggest that you were in contact with mw throughout this process - a process of continuous mishaps and truly dreadful communication
4. You feel that my review is harsh!? - The arrogance of that statement is breathtakingly ill-judged; as a stage 4 cancer sufferer the least I should have expected is better communication, parts that i) turned up on time and fitted and ii) truthful communications
In summary, the service from Haven Kitchens was utterly shambolic and at at times not honest. Shame on them for treating a stage 4 cancer sufferer in such a despicable way. Disgraceful service

I recently purchased a Haven kitchen. I cannot fault Gavin who oversaw the project. Nothing was ever a problem and everything got resolved quickly.

Moved house and decided we could not live with the kitchen we inherited.We contacted Haven Kitchens which to be honest we had never heard of,we visited the showroom in Plymouth and saw Simon Nicholson who took control from start to finish cannot fault him or Haven nothing was to much trouble.

We had door and draw replacement from the St. Austell branch. The whole job was top notch.
Gavin's project management was excellent, leaving me with no concerns throughout design and installation stages.

I am delighted with my new Haven kitchen. Simon guided me through the whole process with endless patience and excellent advice on how to make the most of a smaller kitchen space and unusually shaped utility room. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would not hesitate to recommend Haven.

My mum moved into a flat which needed a new kitchen, we went with Haven and were over the moon with the results. Simon looked after us from start to finish and was very kind and patient with my 83 year old mum. All the guys that had a hand in fitting the kitchen from Duane the builder, Andy the electrician and Mark the fitter, were fantastic and the end result was a lovely kitchen that looks amazing. Thanks to Simon and Haven, I would highly recommend them.

The quality of the kitchen itself is outstanding. The units feel solid and premium, the layout works perfectly for our space, and the final result looks amazing. We’ve had so many compliments already.

Right from the beginning Laura couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Out of three possible companies we could have gone for Laura was easily head and shoulders above everyone else. We couldn’t be more delighted with our lovely new kitchen and the service that Laura provided.

I have recently had a kitchen fitted, supplied by Haven, and I have to say I am delighted with the end result. The quality of the kitchen itself is absolutely superb. The design from Laura was exactly what I had envisaged and her support throughout the project was above and beyond. Fitting was done by Mark Payne and what an amazing job he has done. Simon from Haven Kitchens came out and designed a beautiful kitchen to our specifications. We had a few bespoke details which Simon was able to accommodate and produced excellent visual drawings of how the kitchen would look. Simon was there for us all the way through the process from the design stage to the finished kitchen and dealt with any issues swiftly. We also dealt with Ollie from HBH Woolacotts who was great in ordering all our appliances and organised them to be held in storage until we needed them which was very helpful..Let me tell you that the units and internal drawers supplied by Haven Kitchens are absolute quality and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Haven have provided a first class kitchen at a modest price. From the first survey Simon Nicholson has been a fund of information and good advice and his design has given us the kitchen that we desired. I would definitely recommend Haven Kitchens the value for money is excellent.

Simon was very helpful, he listened to our requirements and advised us with his vast knowledge. We are so happy with the end result. The kitchen is gorgeous and we didn't have any problems with the installation. So pleased we chose Haven Kitchens and would definitely use them again.

We had a major project. In addition to the kitchen we entrusted Haven to fit out 2 bedroom a living area and entrance hall. Logistically it was quite complex. From the initial designs, which we obviously liked, to the coordination of fitting team and the support of the appliance team in Woolacotts the project went to plan and budget. Any small issues were quickly ironed out. Simon Nicholson is a professional designer and project manager who we would recommend to anyone who wants a quality job. We would also recommend working with the fitting team led by Mark Payne. All in all it made a large project relatively stress free.

We approached Haven Kitchens for replacement doors for our existing kitchen units, not really expecting them to be able to accommodate us. However, they agreed to do this for us. Our units were not standard sizes and had to be made to measure. We found all members of their staff to be friendly and attentive and we are very happy with the end results. They also installed our new integral fridge and ovens plus under unit lighting. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services. Obviously, having the hub of the home revamped is a stressful process so 'Thank you Haven Kitchens' for making it run so smoothly.
