Easy online application, update emails through out process, great rate.

Overall customer experience was exceptional. Customer Service agent (Qianqian) exceeded my expectation in assisting me with resolving a rate issues-expertise, product knowledge, timeliness and follow-through were A+.

Signing up for a term policy was fast, easy and efficient, and the rate was reasonable. That's all I know so far; I hope to never have an opinion of Haven's claim handling.

Overall application was an average/good experience. Did require a medical exam even though I'm under 40 and in great health. That kind of dragged the process out. First schedualed exam was canceled last minute as well. But rates were pretty good. Website is a little rough around the edges, has room for improvement.

Very easy and quick. From start to finish including medical exam, it was all less than three weeks. Rates where fantastic and worked for our family.

The whole process was easy though filling out the form was long. It was great to know I was given options to increase the amount and the terms. The monthly premium was reasonable though I was expecting a lower rate. But I like that I got approved after so many denied applications from different companies. The customer service and the correspondence was great as well!!! I would say I found a haven in your company, really!

Obtaining a life insurance with Haven Life was extremely easy. Completed an application which took about 10 minutes. Less than 5 days total to obtain an approval. Once an approval is sent you have 7 days to accept or denied, great if you are still shopping and are undecided or looking for the best rate. Very competitive rates.

This was a pretty painless process. The only complaint I have is the rates went up a bit at the final approval.
