The activity was worth it

Had pre-booked 3 tours prior to holiday and then 1 while on holidays - all very seemless - no issues.

Great experience, on time, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience. Used the shuttle service and to our surprise we were met at the gate by a lovely individual holding a sign with our name on it. I have received this recognition when using a limo service but never with a shuttle service. Thumbs up to them. It was a nice start to a wonderful vacation.

Directions to the boat were vague if you are unfamiliar with local addresses and landmarks. Couldn't find the boat. Called, and still had a bit of trouble. Otherwise, staff was exceptional.

I was worried the tour would be too long (sciatica), but it was wonderful. The bus was so comfortable and staff were great.

Veltra was prompt in picking us up near our hotel. The driver was courteous. He delivered us to Diamondhead and picked us up 2 hours later. We had a very good experience with Veltra.

We had so much fun on this excursion. The entire staff was approachable, helpful and easy going. I absolutely recommend this experience to anyone considering it. I can't wait to do it again myself!

The arrangement for my “excursions” were easily made and the follow up confirming pick up locations and time for pick up were clearly stated. Quality transport and guides made the outings memorable.

Pleasantly surprised a company employee was waiting for me and my wife at the airport arrival area in Maui with a sign bearing my name. Was directed to a waiting area where our bags were collected and kept until our shuttle bus arrived after about a 20-minute waiting time outside the terminal building. The female bus driver was courteous but drove a little too fast and she tried to beat traffic red lights. I believe she actually ran 2 red lights.

The ride back from our hotel to the airport was very relaxing. Our shuttle bus driver, “Lab,” (short for Labrador he said) actually arrived about 2 minutes before pick up time. He thanked everyone in the shuttle bus for visiting Maui and he told interesting stories on the way to the airport. While our shuttle bus was stopped due to traffic near Lahaina, he showed us pictures on his cellphone of huge lobsters caught off the coast of Maui. Interesting! Lab is a very careful driver, he never drove past the speed limit. Upon arrival at the airport, he unloaded everyone’s luggage with a smile. Thank you, Lab!
