Underwhelmed by the overall customer service.
This was a bad shopping experience for me. I ordered a shir and a top on May 23 and received two shirts on June 12th. It was not a huge deal because I still had over a month before I needed to wear them. I contacted customer service and received a response via text from Harley. He apologized and said that they would make the shorts and give me a 10% discount on my order. Three weeks went by, and I still had not received or heard anything, so I reached out. After several days I heard back from Harley saying that they had made the shorts, but they had been missed in the shipments sent out and that it was now too late for me to receive them on time. I asked if I could have them expressed shipped and he said they could do that but still could not guarantee that I would get them in time. I told him that if I couldn’t get them in time there was no need to send them and to please refund my money. Again, Harley apologized and said that they would refund me. It has now been three weeks and I still have not received my credit The only positive thing I can say is that the product I did received was really cute.
Update
Several hours after posting this I was contacted and my refund was processed. I really really hate having to go this far to get things resolved. Claire was very helpful and efficient.

Great customer service
The customer service is very helpful, I made a mistake in ordering the product and wanted to change it, but the customer service team was so nice and immediately responded to my request and changed the product I wanted, they also gave me a discount. The shirt arrived yesterday I was so happy. The colors were great and I love it.

Great Customer Service!
Great Customer service from start to finish! Although they said there maybe a delay with the new year holiday, I felt it shipped according to what the website said. Also, I was contacted directly from someone before they printed letting me know of the possible later ship date and to preview the shirts before printing. I was able to change the picture I originally sent them also with no extra fee. Based on the date I gave that I needed to receive the shirts I had them here in plenty of time. Would definitely order again and suggest this company!
