Scam Scam Scam!! Don't fall for it!!
I paid for a one off transaction of £0.69 to find out details for someone I have been searching for. In the small print it says that your £0.69 pays for one day "free trial" and if you don't cancel within 24 hours your have entered a subscription. I was charged £22.74 the following day. I contacted my bank immediately, had to ask for a new bank card and they kindly refunded the money. It is a big SCAM!
They set up a recurrent payment
I hadn't even heard about this people until my bank flagged a transaction for £15.07 and told me it was a monthly recurrent payment. I don't even know what they subscribed me to! Luckily, my bank declined the transaction straight away. They are more than scammers: they are THIEVES. And I hope the whole lot of them end up in jail. Totally disgusting.

All posts here validate my experience
All posts here validate my experience. A company that takes an initial payment for a one-time, one-off service or product and continues to deduct money monthly, is effectively stealing. Appears to be a thief. Is most likely acting in an unscrupullous, dishonest manner.
I can’t recall why I signed up to this company and have no recollection of any ongoing service or product I am being provided with that justifies the taking of money by HAWIYYAH monthly, from my bank account.
Further, when I tried to logon to the HAWIYYAH website to unsubscribe and demand cessation of deductions, as my bank indicated I had to do, I couldn't recall my password. The site reset of password did not work: no email with a reset password facility or link was sent to my email address.
This company needs to be reported to a consumer rights organisation. BBC Radio 4s You and Yours. Either that, or the financial crime section of a national Police force.
UPDATE Friday 3 December
HAWIYYAH have, in the last 24 hours, responded to my password reset and more significantly, issued several emails detailing the refund of payments previously deducted from my bank acciunt which, to the best of my knowledge, were for no specified service or product I had wanted subsequent to my first contact and I thought, one-off consumer transaction with HAWIYYAH.
Thank you HAWIYYAH personel for your promot action. I can safely say now that I withdraw my negative assessment of your company’s actions in my case outlined in the review comments above.
I would also like to thank Trustpilit.com for its service and to thank other contributors who confirned my initial reservations about continued deductions from my bank.
A happy, merry, and safe Festive Season to all!
SCAM !!!!
SCAM !!!!! Don’t go near them. They take initial payment and then they have taken 22.53 out of my bank.

They will only continue whit monthly charges even if the service is terminated. I had to extort my card and file a criminal report
You must be joking
Applied to receive details about a phone number charged $1.32 AUD - got nothing and now a further charge of $35.63 AUD. I will give you (Hawiyyah) 3 Business Days to reverse these entries or else!
