Do not use this company, buy somewhere else.

My enquiry and review have not been resolved, and I have had no one contact me other than an automated response that continues to close the complaint down.
I have now responded to their automated email multiple times, attaching evidence I have not received the second set of sunglasses I have paid for, and your customer service has been horrible. 
Please refund me the money now I no longer want to deal with your business. 

You have not given me a way to contact you directly as mentioned I have sent evidence multiple times and now I am resorting to writing bad review looks at your own emails for my response.

Frames good quality, but lens offers little protection from sun

Speed of delivery was great frames are good quality, but lens are not providing any real protection from the sun. I'm sure there are other lens options I should have considered.

Order failed delivery 4 times

Order failed delivery 4 times, items then out of stock which is starnge of the order was dispatched, then the order goes missing, so reorder for the 4 time and still no update on when it will arrive. Customer service very basic with little support, standard automated responses. Terrible service and support.

Followed the advice on the reply to this review, received a terrible response! We have no up date on your order, would you like to reorder or or cancel!!!!

How about get the order right at the 5th attempt, provide some real contact info so I can speak to someone rather than thus awful automated nonsense. Worse shopping experience of a basic item ever!! #kyloeinthewild are a small Scottish firm that out you to shame.
You have had my money and the order for 5 weeks.

They used to be great

They used to be great. The quality has fallen off a cliff. I returned 2 pairs and waited 8 weeks for my refund. The only reason they gave me my refund was because I had to chase it up with the post office and send through a heap of documentation to Hawkers, countless emails. Finally after all the evidence was in my favour and they couldn’t deny they’d received my return the money was refunded. Unacceptable though won’t be buying from Hawkers again. As I said the quality is cheap and nasty now. Used to be great
