They are scammers at the highest level, they will reel you in when desperate , stating wrongfull stuff to lure you in, then keep ignoring your messages, reply very rudely and ignore any questions about seeing what work is being done, please avoid them at all cost, mr sheikh is decieving people
My experience with Hayat Private Legal Services has been extremely disappointing. I paid around £500+ between March and June 2025 for help removing a CIFAS marker, based on the timelines and assurances they gave me. Unfortunately, none of the timelines were met, and the level of service I received did not match what was promised.
Communication was inconsistent, I was given repeated hopes of progress that never materialised, and I never received any clear evidence that meaningful work was carried out on my case. After months of waiting, there were no results and no updates that justified the money I paid.
This has been a very stressful and costly experience for me. I would advise anyone considering using their services to be cautious and make sure you fully understand what they can realistically deliver before paying any fees.

Quick and easy removal for myself, guy on the phone was excellent in assuring me about the removal. Got the job done and removed my marker, going and officially opened my first account after 5 years last Friday with Barclays. No words can explain how I feel. Absolutely satisfied!!
